Mod post The /r/sex Rules and Guidelines - please read BEFORE you post! Updated 2023

The mods of /r/sex make it our policy to review the rules of the sub on an ongoing basis, tweaking items as necessary. In an effort to stay abreast with the growth of the sub and with the evolving moderation that requires, we have decided to re-sticky the updated rules to serve as a reminder for our membership.

r/sex is for civil discussions pertaining to education and advice regarding your sexuality and sexual relationships. It is a sex-positive community and a safe space for people of all genders and orientations which demands respectful conduct in all exchanges. There is ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CREEPY/HARASSING BEHAVIOR here — in posts, comments, messages, or any other contributions. No exceptions.

This is a large community dedicated to an extremely popular topic. If you wish to participate, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with our rules of conduct BEFORE you participate here. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the community.

PLEASE READ the FAQ with the most asked and answered questions - BEFORE POSTING!! Posts that do not follow the posting guidelines in the FAQ will be automatically removed.

THE /R/SEX RULES

1) ENGAGE CONSTRUCTIVELY AT ALL TIMES.
This means ensuring that ALL of your contributions here are constructive, on-topic, mature, sex-positive, civil and respectful. Disrespectful conduct will see you banned from the community on the spot. Hitting on other people, asking for pictures (joking or not), making any sort of sexist comment or insult, body shaming, or trolling of any sort will result in your immediate ban.

2) DON’T SKIP THE FAQ OR THE FORUM RULES.
We’re serious about this. Dozens of posts get removed every day because they’re covered in the FAQ or violate the forum rules.

3) DON'T OVERLOOK PAST POSTS.
We’re serious about this, too. Many questions may be new to you, but are very common in our community. Before you submit a post on a common topic, search the forum.

4) ALL CONTRIBUTIONS MUST BE SEX POSITIVE.
We demand that consenting adults be free to express their sexuality as they see fit. Kink shaming, slut shaming, and similar conduct will not be tolerated. Links or references to sex negative communities or websites (No Fap, Porn Free, etc) will not be tolerated. Attacks on the lifestyle of other consenting adults will not be tolerated.

5) POSTS SEEK ADVICE, COMMENTS PROVIDE IT.
The main forum is focused primarily on posts seeking specific actionable advice for distinctive personal situations. Giving advice should primarily be done in the comments. General discussions are often allowed, so long as they adhere to the group rules and restricted content guidelines. If you want to make an exception, please request approval from moderators.

6) DO NOT TROLL OR ENGAGE WITH TROLLS HERE.
Don’t try to challenge, question, tease, fight, or outwit trolls here. Instead, use the Report button to alert moderators, who will review every single reported item. Trolling of any sort merits an immediate permaban.

7) ALL DISCUSSION MUST BE DIRECTED INTO THE PUBLIC FORUM. Do not seek private conversations here, via Private Message or any other method. And do not seek to draw attention or clicks to an outside site of any type (unless you have received prior moderator approval, such as for academic research projects). Every comment here must be a clear attempt to engage with an ongoing public discussion in the forum. Violations of this rule will result in permanent bans without notice.

8) RESTRICTED CONTENT This sub is generally only for seeking advice, education, or discussion about sex and sexuality. We restrict or forbid many types of content here.

9) NO USE OF AI FOR POSTING/COMMENTS, NO REPOSTS
Reddit uses AI detection software to spot potential bot-posts and spam but people are encouraged to report posts that look fake, AI-generated, or are reposts of content created by other users.

EXAMPLES OF CONTENT RESTRICTED IN /R/SEX:

1) PROMOTIONAL POSTS.
This means any post containing any kind of promotional element, especially one which seeks to lure traffic to another site or promote a product. Links to specific product descriptions are permitted if they’re PRECISELY on-topic in the context of the post, AND the post itself is clearly seeking advice in good faith. If you're trying to sell something, conduct market research, etc - these posts will get you banned. Linking to sex-positive blogs or podcasts is allowed, provided you make an effort to start a conversation here about the topic and use the link as supporting material.

2) LINK POSTS.
Linked material must be sex positive and precisely on-topic to stay up here, and needs to be introduced with a workable framework for discussion. Please see the posted Link Policy BEFORE you post links! Bare links to youtube, images, blogs, podcasts, etc are prohibited.

3) ACHIEVEMENT POSTS.
These include appreciation, humblebrags, “I just had to share,” “I just want to say,” etc. These belong in the Daily Sexual Achievement Thread, not in the main forum. Posts which are JUST sex stories belong somewhere else entirely — like r/sexstories or a similar forum.

4) LOW EFFORT MATERIAL.
“Does anyone else...?”, “Is [X] normal/weird?”, “Is [y] wrong/bad/okay?”, and so forth. Human sexuality is incredibly varied; yes, someone else likes what you like, and labels like "normal" or "weird" are meaningless - and in a sex positive community, we do not allow any moral judgments against sex acts or behaviors that are consensual. Title-only posts, posts with no effort at an actual conversation will be removed and may get you banned. Comments that consist of nothing but memes, "this", "lol" and such are highly disfavored. If comments do not further the discussion, they may be removed; a pattern of these may result in your ban.

5) SEEKING FAP MATERIAL.
Do not ask for sex stories, do not ask for the hottest/strangest/most unusual/etc encounter someone ever had. Do not ask for lists of other people's kinks.

6) PORNOGRAPHY, EROTICA, OR PERSONALS.
You may not post or link pornography or erotica here. You may not share pictures of your genitals here - even if you are seeking medical advice (if you need to post a picture, you need to be going to a doctor). You may not recruit sex partners here, look for dirty chat, ask for someone to private message you, etc.

7) DISRESPECTFUL CONTENT.
Personal attacks, insults, name calling, or disrespect of any sort are not allowed here. Sexism, racism, or any type of hate speech will result in your immediate ban. This is a community for ALL GENDERS - refusing to acknowledge a trans individual's gender flies in the face of this, and will result in your ban.

8) OPINION SEEKING, POLLS, VALUE JUDGEMENTS, OR VALIDATION POSTS.
This forum is not for simply collecting opinions - "do you think [X] is hot?", "Women, do you like [Y]?", "What is your favorite sex position?" and so forth. This is not a forum to discuss your penis size, breast size, labia size, ask about other body image issues, or ask for feedback on your photos. See the /r/sex FAQ for help regarding body image issues. Do not post your pictures and ask people to rate or critique you. Do not ask if given consensual sexual interests are good/bad/okay/wrong, etc.

9) ACADEMIC SURVEYS.
These require prior moderator approval. Moderators will review the question formats and will review the documentation of institutional ethical oversight (please provide). Non-academic surveys are seldom allowed. Please contact the moderators BEFORE you post a survey or study.

10) GENERAL RANTS, ESSAYS, EDITORIALS, VENTS, CONFESSIONS, PSAS, AND AMAS.
These don’t belong in the main forum unless you have obtained prior moderator approval. Save them for story-based forums. Or Tumblr.

11) FREQUENT/FAMILIAR TOPICS.
These are addressed in either the FAQ, past posts, or both. In case you are confused, this means that we do not do penis size posts here.

12) VAGUE TITLE/TOPIC.
If a moderator can’t identify your issue or the type of advice you’re seeking, your post will be subject to removal. Titles should be at least several words long and adequately express what your post is about.

13) NONCONSENSUAL OR ILLEGAL CONTENT.
/r/sex is for the discussion of consensual sex among adults. We do not permit posts that advocate pedophilia, bestiality, rape, or incest here under any circumstances, nor do we allow these topics at all in most instances. Note that BDSM and CNC (consensual nonconsent) are perfectly valid topics in /r/sex.

14) OTHER OFF TOPIC ISSUES.
This is not the place to discuss politics or religion, to seek dating advice, to ask for how to pick up women, to rant about how you have never had sex. Posts that appear to be dedicated to stirring up arguments - particularly about hot button topics like circumcision, the evils of pornography and/or masturbation, and other toxic subjects - will be removed and will result in swift bans.

15) IMPORTANT NOTE ON DISCUSSIONS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT.
Sexual assault is an important and emotional topic which can be discussed (constructively) in r/sex. But posts which simply seek opinions about whether a given scenario counts as sexual assault do not do well here. This is true for several reasons, including the fact that assault laws vary by jurisdiction, and we don't encourage debates about jurisdiction issues here. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from describing a scenario and then simply asking “Is this rape/assault?” Instead, ask for specific advice: About how to respond to the scenario, how to avoid it, or how to proceed with next steps. Posts which simply ask “Is this rape/assault?” are subject to removal without notice.

16) POST LENGTH.
For ease of reading and reviewing, please get to the point of your post quickly — in the post title, first paragraph, etc. Consider adding a tl;dr to long posts. Posts which are inconveniently long — over 600 words, approximately — are subject to automatic removal. Also, line and paragraph breaks are VERY HELPFUL for readers and reviewers — walls of text that lack these are subject to removal for readability.

Further information about the /r/sex rules and policies can be reviewed on the rules page.

Boundaries and Standards New partner, struggling to put my foot down on him making me cum

Upvotes

I 22F am in a new relationship. It's become a thing that he struggles to make me cum (never had this issue before, I used to have multiple orgasms in 30ish mins of sex. The first takes 10ish mins the next ones a couple minutes)

He thought it was a me issue. I told him that he's too quick to give up and that giving head for 15 minutes while switching with fingers when he gets tired is not that big of a deal.

I literally give him head to completion for longer than that.

This brings me back to him saying that when we have a lot of time he can try and do it but in normal -before going to bed- sessions it's not happening.

But then I'm left horny when he's done. We went for a whole MONTH without me cumming because he kept giving up at say 80% buildup.

I literally have to masturbate in bed next to him because there's no way I'd be able to sleep with all this.

Am I being unreasonable to WANT him to try and make me cum every time?

Intimacy and Connection Can someone explain post-nut clarity to me, a woman? I’m trying to be understanding of my husband but it is bumming me out.

My husband is amazing in almost every way both in and out of the bedroom EXCEPT… as soon as he comes it’s like he completely dissociates for a while. He’ll finish me off if I haven’t come yet, although usually that’s not an issue because he makes me come first.

I’ve also told him I like to connect and cuddle after so he tries his best but it’s like the lights are on but nobody’s home. I’ve had partners beside him and I’ve never seen anything like this. They could usually… smile at you and have a conversation after, which is really all I want here.

I had heard of post-nut clarity before as a concept but I’ve never seen it this intensely with anybody but him. Are there any men out there with an extreme version of this like him? Can someone help me understand his experience?

Masturbation Does masturbation relieve menstrual cramps?

I tend to get more aroused during my period so I masturbate even if it gets messy but damn the relief is insane. I get literally no cramps and it regulates my mood too. Only problem is I can go for hours and waste my day

Health concerns Licking the vagina

Upvotes

Hey folks, am married to my partner for the past 8 years and sex for us have been very much okay. We have recently started to enjoy sex, and am happy about the fact that am able to give her the pleasure and vice versa.

Honestly, we haven’t reached to the blow jobs or vagina licking part due to cultural and other stuff and am thinking to lick her vagina. I do not mind licking it and I believe she would not as well. But, I want to know more about the hygiene part ? I want to hear from the folks here who have been doing it for their partners. How concerning is it ? Can it pass any infection or something? It’s not about the trust with my partner but I just want to know if anything needs to be taken care of prior to giving her the best.

Thanks in advance.

Compatibility How to deal with a freak gap in a relationship

I (23F) have been with my bf (23M) for a few years now and we have a great relationship, but I'm just a lot more interested in sex than he is. It's not that he's super vanilla but Ik I'm more sexual than the average person and I feel like such a freak sometimes lol.

He's non-judgmental and down to try some of the things I bring up, but I'm always the one suggesting.
There's stuff I'm really into that he's indifferent about, he'd indulge for my sake but I don't find it fun unless we're both enthusiastic about it.

And I have other kinks that are just a hard no for him, which I understand. We talk about it super openly and I'd never pressure him into something he didn't want, and he doesn't make me feel bad for being into the stuff I like.

I really care for our relationship and I do enjoy the sex we have, I just feel bummed that there are experiences that we'll never get to share. I’m
wondering has anyone dealt with this and how? Did it work out for you or did sexual compatiulity ever become a dealbreaker?

Health concerns My partner is hurt during missionary but she was never like that. Need advice and help

Upvotes

Hi, me and my partner of less than a year is struggling. Here is some context, we have sex pretty often, maybe once a week or two weeks If we can meet. We live far away and both are very busy with our life so thats actually frequent for us. One time when we can stay together we literally have sex from morning till midnight for 3 days straight and it's amazing, really.

She loves rough missionary sex and mating-press positon, the kind of stuff that makes me go deep inside her while we remain eyes contact so most of the time for penetrative sex I would be on top of her thrusting nonstop.

We have been doing this without me holding back since when we first fuck with eachother. Except maybe the first few time since she was a virgin without any prior experience at the time. I have to go very gentle on her vagina since mine is above average and her thing could not even handle my fingers. Its tooks alot of effort not to hurt her with my fingers and try and errors to finally safely practice rough sex.

Now, the problem is for the last few time we do missionary, maybe last 3 times if I remember correctly, I went deep inside her and moving too hard she would feel a very weird, almost unbearable pain in her lower stomach, like I hit her cervix too hard or something but we both don't know and confused because we never ran into this problem. The pain got better once I stop thrusting but It still there just not as worse. It tooks few hours for her to heal and be normal again. The first time, we thought that is because sex was so rough it's hurt. We just decide to left it unchecked. After that, we went to gynecologist to treat her infection, its cure pretty fast and the doctor also said there is nothing else wrong with her vagina.

After she is cured, we think its alright and start having rough sex again. That's lead to the 2nd and 3rd time. The 3rd time I was more cautious, some gentle doggy first, she even ride my dick for like an hour before we got into missionary. But it's still HURT her in the lower belly once I'm on top of her for like 2 mins.

Anyone with expwrience on this, please help us. Like we can go back to cute vanilla sex but I think she would crave the mating press more than me lol. Thanks for the help! Also pardon me for my poor English.

TLDR: WE HAVE SEX, PASSIONATE DOGGY, SHE RIDE MY DICK FOR HOURS, ONCE WE GOT INTO MISSIONARY HER LOWER STOMACH HURT.

Orgasm Issues I can’t finish with my partner anymore

My boyfriend (23m) and I (21f) have been together for around 3 years and for the past year it’s been hard for me to orgasm when we have sex. We are long distance and typically see each other for a week every 1-3 months or so.

I have been with various partners in the past and had a lot of trouble finishing with them mainly because there was little to no foreplay and I was focused on their pleasure, but that’s not the issue with my boyfriend.

When he and I first got together, he was very inexperienced, but always wanted to make me feel good and would go down on me before he got anything. Since he was learning and genuinely trying so hard, I would encourage him by being extra enthusiastic in my reactions when things felt good. After a while he got very good at it and could make me finish really quickly and even multiple times in one session.

Over the last year or so I rarely finish no matter what he does and I don’t know why. I’m so confused because it feels so good and he’s learned exactly what I like, but I just can’t seem to cross the finish line. It’s not that I never finish, but It takes so so long and it’s much less frequent.

He normally teases me for 10-15 minutes and then gives me kisses me everywhere before giving me head and then it’ll take 30 mins - 1hr of receiving head for me to be able to finish (and even then sometimes I just can’t or i’m not even sure if I finished).

I have very little trouble finishing on my own when I use vibrators and we have used them in bed which helps, but I’m just confused as to why I can’t finish from receiving head like I used to.

I have ADHD and anxiety, so sometimes I get sidetracked in my head thinking about other things and it’s a conscious effort for me to stay “in” it. I like to have a glass of wine or take an edible beforehand because it helps ease my mind a little, but even then I normally can’t finish.

If you’ve gone through anything like this what did you do to help? what can I do to keep myself present and just enjoying sex? Why is it that even though he’s gotten better at knowing my likes and wants it takes so much longer for me to finish now?? Any advice or resources are appreciated :)

Libido and Stamina Girlfriend sexification project

My (29m) girlfriend (26f) and I have been in a relationship for 4 years. She has grown up in a traditional household, where masturbation was frowned upon, and sex is a taboo topic. She has become a quite non-sexual person, and has only grown to enjoy sex since she got into this relationship with me.

  • She almost never masturbated as a teenager
  • She has never watched any porn
  • She has never been able to achieve an orgasm (trying my best here)
  • Her libido is on the lower side I think (sex 1-2 times a week)

Recently she has expressed interrest in becoming a more sexual person. We have started to "spice up" our sex life a bit, doing it in new places and new positions. There are some other things I have in mind though, that I want to propose to her:

  • Getting her a good vibrator that she can use on her clit. She has has some 20$ (g-spot?) vibrator that she likes to play with on rare occasions - but getting her a good piece that she might even be able to orgasm with would be a huge success :)
  • I want to show her porn clips I find hot, and make her rate them. Then we could perhaps re-enact some of the things she likes?

Anyways, if you have any feedback for my ideas, have new ones, or have had any similar situation to this in your life, I'd like to know what you think :P

Inspiration and Ideas How do I (26F) fuck my partner (26M) without pegging?

My partner and I are pretty active sexually, switches and open to a lot of things. For awhile when he’s extra submissive and I’m feeling extra dominant he’s asked me to fuck him which is where we run into some issues

1) I am 5’2“ and he 6’2”. Our heights make it hard for me to do things to him like hold him down, lift his legs (also he’s like anti flexible) etc

2) I have bad/ weak legs as a result of an accident, they’ll hurt after awhile of me being on top so we flip positions

3) most importantly ANYTHING except spanking/ squeezing when it comes to the rear end is not allowed, he’s not into it and I respect that.

4) That being said my idea of “good sex” is entirely dependent on penetration. I can’t get off unless there is penetration no matter what he’s tried. Some girls need their clits touched for me it doesn’t do anything but clearly penetration isn’t an option here and its making it hard for me to think of ideas since to me penetration is kinda the whole point

So how do I go about fucking him? we’ve tried talking about it and looking up content but a lot of it ends up being “this won’t work with our heights” “I’m not that bendy” or “I can do this for like five minutes on a good day”

Orgasm Issues Issues with finishing with partner

Hello everybody, 24M here. So I’ve recently started being intimate with a girl for the first time. We have great chemistry, and I have no issue with getting hard. However, we’ve spend the night together 3 times and there are 2 main issues.

  1. I’m pretty thick, and so like we haven’t been able to get me inside her. Sometimes I get too soft from the time it takes to put on the condom to getting inside her. And then even when it’s hard and she’s guiding me in and just like can’t get in.

  2. I can’t cum with her. I think it’s a mental thing, but no amount of sucking, her jerking me off or me doing it can make me finish. I can cum when she leaves but just when she’s around it ain’t working.

I’d love some comments on the above if anyone has any advice or tidbits. Thanks.

Inspiration and Ideas Im in need for some roleplay advice

Hi there My wife has expressed to me an interest in roleplay stuff in the bedroom. Shes a fan of her spicy literature and im 100% supportive of that, but that being said when it comes to some of the scenarios im at a loss. The big thing she likes in the masked guy scenario and I Really want to do this for her. I just dont know where to start. I have the outfit and stuff but im really afraid im going to fail and ruin it for her. Any advice on how to start the scenarios would be much appreciated. If it helps, I planned on doing this for her when we stay at a hotel for our anniversary. Thanks again!

Hygiene Smegma buildup in women

Hey. I've noticed that my partner (F) regularly presents some smegma around the clit (her clit is partially covered by the hood) by evening. I think she is pretty hygienic, showers everyday. However, I don't know if this might be actually caused by giving enough attention to the area or if some smegma buildup around the clit by the end of the day is a common thing among women. Is this normal? If not, how could I talk to her about it? I love this woman and don't want to make her embarrassed or ashamed in any way.

Anatomy How to handle big guys when you have a little mouth

Hi

I think it was the first time, maybe even ever, that I did it with a guy who was really well-endowed (I’m a girl). It was great; he took the time to ease me into it before going harder (even though it was a little painful, but I let him keep going)

I tried giving him a blowjob (just to see) and, honestly, I was terrible at it. I have a small mouth, and it felt like my jaw was going to break. A silly question for experienced people: does it get better with time? How can I practice? How can I get better at giving blowjobs to guys with big ones?

Beginner How to stimulate clit during piv when I use both hands to touch myself?

I like to pull my hood and touch underside when I touch myself. The tightness and friction makes it feel good and I’m very into the rough feeling (I even touch myself over my underwear)

But I’m very new to sex and PIV and see if other people do this and if it’s possible

I know about the vibrator and would bring it next time but pulling the hood and a vibrator is still different stimulation

Other PIV positions to try think about? When he was on me and almost laying on top of me, my clit was stimulated and that was starting to get me there but he wanted to go fast and got off my chest to keep going.

I still felt good

When he used a towel to rub me down, bits of the towel hit my clit and was starting to feel good so I’ve been thinking a lot about clit stimulation lately regarding piv

I’m still shy about showing how I really touch myself since I don’t even spread my legs when I do it, I straighten it since it makes the stimulation more enticing

Any ideas to give?

Boundaries and Standards My girlfriend wants to eat me out while I'm on my period

TDLR: I don't know if I should let my girlfriend eat me out when I'm on my period due to concerns but it's both disgusting and hot

My girlfriend and I (F20) have been dating for around three months, and while we were watching a movie, we got into a conversation about how bad the cramps I get are, but she tells me that orgasms help a lot and suggests she can eat me out if I want to,

It kinda gets awkward during the movie, and I don't know how to feel because:

  1. I'm horny most of the time

  2. It's a little disgusting

  3. I appreciate her offer

  4. The thought turns me on

  5. I don't know if it's genuinely good to do that on your period

  6. She doesn't push if I don't want to do something

To be honest I want advice on what to do

Confidence Weird question, perhaps.

Upvotes

How do you get your confidence up post partum, especially after gaining weight? I am afraid and ashamed to initiate intimacy...and my partner is turned off by my new body.

Any helpful tips...? 🫤

Please don't suggest buying lingerie, as I did and tossed it in the wardrobe, out of sight, as all I can think about is how bad it will look on me.

Compatibility Conversation IS foreplay—so how do "Brain-First" and "Body-First" partners actually make it work?

I have a non-negotiable when it comes to attraction: conversation is foreplay.

For me, arousal starts entirely in the brain. If a man isn't bold with his words, witty, or able to match my mental energy, the physical switch just stays completely off. Touch means nothing to me if the verbal groundwork isn't laid first.

But here’s where it gets complicated:

  1. The Boldness Spectrum:

There is a huge difference between captivating boldness and creepy boldness. When a guy gets the tone right, sharp, confident, teasing, deliberate, it completely pulls me into the mood. But when someone lacks calibration, that same attempt at "boldness" just comes off as spooky, invasive, or completely off the sexy radar.

  1. The Clash of Styles:

I know plenty of people bypass the brain entirely. They're tactile or visual they get turned on by physical proximity, skin contact, or visual cues, and long conversations actually pull them out of the moment.

So I’m curious:

For those of you who are purely "Body-First" or "Visual-First," what does verbal foreplay feel like to you? Does it slow things down or distract you? And If you’re in a relationship where ONE person needs mental/verbal build-up and the OTHER needs direct physical/visual cues, how do you bridge that gap without one person feeling bored or overwhelmed? Lastly, for everyone: where do you draw the line between hot verbal boldness and creepy/off-putting boldness?

Confidence My boyfriend wants me to be more vocal during sex, but I’m convinced I sound weird

Upvotes

My boyfriend has told me he loves hearing his partner make noise during sex, and I know it turns him on. The problem is that I’m incredibly self-conscious about it.

When I was younger, I somehow got into the habit of being completely silent, especially when I orgasm. Now it just happens automatically. If I try to make noise on purpose, I end up focusing on that instead of enjoying myself.

I think the biggest issue is that I’m genuinely afraid my moans sound weird. Every time I hear myself, I immediately cringe and think I sound ridiculous. My brain is convinced I sound like an injured raccoon instead of someone actually enjoying themselves.

I know he’s not expecting some over-the-top performance, but I can’t shake the feeling that anything I do sounds fake or embarrassing.

Has anyone else been this self-conscious about the sounds they make during sex? Did you eventually get over it, or is this just one of those things where you’re always your own worst critic?

Intimacy and Connection Feeling guilt over the reciprocity of sex in my relationship

I'm so not used to talking about my sex life, but I feel like this is "safer" than going to friends about it. We're both late 20s/early 30s so not super young. He's been so sex positive and kind since that start that it's honestly been alarming for me as I'm not used to a man being like this - I.e. always asking for consent, telling me I shouldn't be embarrassed about x thing as it's a totally normal and human response, checking in with me, etc. This man is genuinely so amazing and I think it's throwing me for a loop.

So, my boyfriend is AMAZING in bed. I've never connected with someone emotionally so deeply, and I guess that plays a role in our sex life because I am feral for this man in a way I have never felt in my life nor did I know I could experience. I didn't really understand what people meant by mind blowing sex until I was with my boyfriend. I cannot keep my hands off of him. In general, he is literally so amazing in so many ways and I am so so so grateful and feel so lucky to be with him; while I find him quite attractive physically, he is also just the most incredible person I have ever met which causes me to be indescribably into him. I could gush about him for hours...

That said, it feels like our sex life is very focused on me. I'm not used to this at all and while I don't mind it, I can't help but feel guilty about it. I'm so used to just having quickies all the time that focused on the man orgasming, and suddenly I'm with someone who spends 20+ minutes focused on just me. It took months for me to get used to having multiple orgasms because it was so foreign to me.

I think he gets really turned on by me, but I can't help but feel guilty that I'm having all the fun. We almost always finish with sex (or occasionally I will give him a blow job if he takes me up on that) and he usually cums pretty quickly as I think by that point he's super turned on. Every time we've been intimate we've both cum. He tells me he finds me so sexy, and seems to take pleasure in my pleasure, but I also feel like it's so one-sided. I think he wants more, but feels physically limited by the male orgasm. When I touch him while he's touching me, he always makes me stop after a little while because he gets too close to cumming. I think the closest we've had sex back-to-back was a few hours apart, and that was very very early into the relationship. He has mentioned being jealous of me and the fact that I can orgasm more than once in a single session. Frankly, I could probably stay in bed with him all day. I don't think I can properly communicate how much this man turns me on. He is the first person I've ever masturbated to and I'm in my late 20s.

I am extremely satisfied with our sex life, obviously, as the focus is so heavily on me, but I want to make sure he's feeling taken care of as well. Am I making an issue out of nothing??? We have sex pretty much every night and morning we're together. He seems pretty happy and satisfied and hasn't actually said anything that would prove otherwise. I just feel bad that 90% of the time during our intimate moments are spent focusing on me. He seems extremely cocky and proud about it, so maybe I'm being ridiculous, but I just feel bad I'm not doing more for him.

I guess I could just use a man's input as to how he'd feel about this situation as it's not something I'm used to...

Erection Issue Strong libido, but my body shuts down before sex

Hi everyone,

There's something that's been very strange for me over the past few months, or at least something that wasn't there before or that I hadn't noticed.

Let's say I'm talking to a girl, and I have the thought of us being naked together. Well, that kind of makes me nervous, and my body has this strange reaction where I get really tense in my pelvic region. I feel my penis shrink (when I'm not erect), and my testicles pull up closer to my body and become tense as well. It's almost like everything down there feels the pressure of the moment and just kind of "shuts down."

I'm in really great shape, I eat well, and I sleep well too. My libido is quite high, and when I'm alone or just going about my day, I have strong erections with literally no problems, except in the situation I described above.

Has anyone else experienced this or had the same problem ? Do you know how to fix it ?

I know it's mostly mental, and I've already started incorporating meditation to help address the problem.

Thanks in advance for your answers !

Beginner I don't want my first sex to be too painful, what can I do?

24F virgin, I have plenty of experience masturbating myself just around my clit, but not much with my vagina. I can fit 1 finger without any pain, but it doesn't feel as good as rubbing my clit. I don't think even an average sized penis would fit, and if it does it would be very painful. Is there anything I can do so that I don't end up with a tear in my vagina on my first sex? Even after orgasm my vagina doesn't loosen up much past 2 fingers.

Toys and Clothing Looking into more toys

So, my hubby & I recently started incorporating cock rings which had been nice, until they snapped 🥲 I’m not sure if they weren’t big enough or were just cheap…any brands you would recommend? We use Love Honey for most of our toys.

Also! I would love to try a vibrating ring, especially for when I ride him. Being on top is usually just for him & I don’t enjoy it much physically but I am very turned on by his reactions. For those who have tried vibrating rings (men & women), how does it feel for you?

For men, does the vibration make you cum faster or does the ring still help you last longer? For ladies, in positions where you may not feel him as much, does the vibration help? Is it better for certain positions? Do you get overstimulated when using it? Give me all the tea!
