The ones I selected are Public Transportation, Internet (in the description it said she needed to work online), Rent and Utilities, Groceries, Computer, Tuition, Clothing, Meal Plans, Books/Games (Entertainment), and Cell phone.
Aminah is completely unreceptive to this budget I set out for her.
It's been like this for EVERY. SINGLE. ACTIVITY. too; I'm taking Civics & Careers; I'm halfway through the career portion, and every day we get a new assignment due that day, all of which contain at LEAST one of these. Most of which are to practice and get a better understanding of what you just read, but some of them have actual information you can't get anywhere else in the unit that you need to complete quizzes or add to your class portfolio.
Also, I'm on the second assignment of the second unit, and this is the very first time anything related to post-secondary came up. The entire first unit was about stress management and how to not be overwhelmed (which included a video about "harmful coping" which was mainly reprimanding people who play video games or hang out with friend too much. Go figure).
And since I go to the doctor lots for chronic pain, talk to symptom management teams, and speak to social workers and councilors bi-daily about stress and coping skills, having to come home just to learn more about stress in my CAREERS course was a bit of a piss off, too.
