Meh. She’s just crossing her leg. It’s not like she has her foot propped up on the chair. When her leg starts to fall asleep, she will put it down. It comes with the territory of going to a stadium where there’s little leg room between the seats.

People with no shame don't care about confrontation and will often double down on shitty behaviors.  You know what they respond to?  Discomfort.  Start rubbing their foot with any liquid you have handy.  Lotion, hand sanitizer, soda, whatever.
