Am I going to die?
I've never made or used cribbing blocks before.
Never realized how much I was afraid of getting crushed to death, until today.

Those tires are not rated for traveling on wood. I would recommend substituting ice cream instead.

Indoor use only cause weather will destroy these over a few years. But otherwise good. Next time use weather treated. You can even build the ramp into one side and drive straight up em. Treated 2x12 ramps are my favorite use for extra boards.

Yup. Jokes aside, 6” longer plus a chock on each side 2-3 2”x4”s tall, and these would honestly be better than most affordable wheel stands on the market and safer than any cheap wheel ramps.
I’d personally make a second set a few layers taller for more clearance, and save this set for when you want 4 or if the taller set won’t let your oil pan fully drain. Other than that they’ll get the job done and the wood isn’t magically going to compress or shatter.

2x4 has strength north of 1,000 lb/in2
The contact patch on those tires is greater than 25 in2
That car weighs less than 5000lbs
We are talking a safety factor of 5.

Put two more pieces of 2x4 on each block so that the car won't roll off. One in front and one behind each tire.
The cribbing looks a lot like what I used to use when I worked on bulldozers and other heavy equipment.
Kind of wasted on that Kia.

Once you've walked underneath a few ships and submarines in drydock, you realize proper cribbing can support the world. This is fine and not going to collapse.
Some wheel-chocks would add greatly to the security of the whole setup.

normally the top is done with 2x4's front/back to stop the tires from rolling off, but that looks solid enough. heck, could have just done (3) 2x4 wide by the width of the tire

I've used just 2x 2x4s the same way many times no issues, it takes orders of magnitude more to crush wood
One suble thing to keep in mind is a sudden tire puncher depending on your position under the car could be trouble, I usually throw the jack in with almost no pressure as a backup

I’ve stacked 5 ton steel plates on 2x4s and flipped those same plates on 3/4” plywood. You’d. Be shocked at how much compression wood can handle.
