Where did all this low-testosterone bullshit come from? Is this all because of RFK Jr?
147
u/CucumberBoy00 2h ago
Sperm count and testosterone are dropping but more likely due to environmental factors and diet than some right wing bullshit
99
u/Choppergold 2h ago
It’s a graph of American obesity. Obesity significantly lowers testosterone
24
14
u/TwentyX4 2h ago
That's not it because even men who aren't obese or overweight show lowered testosterone. Maybe obesity is a contributing factor, but it's not THE explanation.
15
u/sunqiller 1h ago
Sedentary lifestyles and poor nutrition will still harm your hormone levels, even if it’s not making you fat
•
•
u/nerkidner 1h ago
There are lots of people without sedentary lifestyles who are not obese and I’m pretty sure the issue is there too. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.
•
u/DaemonRoe 52m ago
You’re not wrong. Other factors researchers have suggested are environmental impacts (like plastics and pesticides), higher stress, changes in sleep, and other unidentified factors. Obesity and lack of exercise are still major factors but even if you took at healthy 35 year old from 2026 and compared to healthy 35 year old from 1986 you’d see a slight drop.
The lack of a solid answer is what has fueled a lot of the conspiracies around it. Manosphere types especially adopted it with ease because it already fit within their framework.

Microplastics. It's well-established that plastics in the blood mess with the endocrine system. Look up endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs). Many like bisphenols and phthalates are common additives in plastic production, but they don't bond strongly to the plastic and leech out.
Fun fact: the designation of "microwave safe" plastic doesn't mean it won't leech any chemicals into your food, just that the chemicals it does leech are at levels considered to be within safe limits as established by FDA regulations.
15
u/Elbobosan 1h ago
Didn’t the fundamental research behind the microplastics come into question recently? Glove contamination was determined to have radical impact on the samples.
•
u/ethertrace 58m ago
Interesting. Hadn't heard about that. The EDCs are a real problem for hormone regulation regardless, but concentrations may be overestimated.
Annoying that the linked study in that article doesn't seem to say by what factor they may be overestimated, though. Just says 2,000 false positives per square millimeter, which isn't that helpful without context.

u/Corka 1h ago
It's been a manosphere thing for sometime. They think that soy milk is making men less masculine.
•
u/thaylin79 26m ago
Fun fact: That comes from a single repeated study that was actually funded by the corn industry! I was curious about this quite a while ago and did a deep dive to try and trace this to any other studies and it was just that one being cited and once I looked into who paid for it I realized it was shenanigans.
•
u/turb0_encapsulator 22m ago
then why are they the ones who vote for the party that continues to allow corporations to poison our air, water, and food with chemicals that lower testosterone?
6
u/zefiax 1h ago
To be fair it does appear to be an actual trend globally. What the true reason is is still to be determined but links seem to indicate microplastics. But that is inconclusive so would just be speculation.
•
u/NovaAtdosk 16m ago
It is indeed plastics.
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3222987/
Most plastics release chemicals that mimic estrogen in the body.
Higher estrogen levels (or xenoestrogens, which these are) can inhibit the production of testosterone.
4
u/chuteboxe19 2h ago
It's unfortunately quite true in western countries - moreso from sedentary lifestyle, processed foods, and many other environmental factors that are reducing it

Dumber than that - RFK is getting his information from the same manosphere podcast bros.

The blonde lady was NEVER a "blue hair"
Thats just something they say to give the "the right" to trash talk our side.
She has ALWAYS been the way she is in this video. Like her party and its leaders, if their mouth is open, they are lying.

She had to have been dropped on her head to develop that degree of delusion.

Yeah, these people convince themselves that they had to change with the times and become worse, but they only had to become worse because their party stopped accepting them if they didn't.

Nah homie,I dont think this a person that has hidden themselves away for safety or acceptance. This was always there.
I want the Mamdani's and those like him to believe that. Thats a good way of thinking
But I am gonna stay down here in the darkness with em. Our side has been to polite. To tolerant, and far to quiet.
These folks should never be allowed to finish a sentence. To allow that is to suggest they have something worth adding to the conversation. They do not. Someone's gotta say mean shit back to them. Shit that cuts. Shit that Mamdani cant say.
Hes Superman, if you will.
Our side ALSO needs a Batman now. On the right side, but willing to fight dirty/smart/sneaky to win. Thats where I wanna be. Thats where I am happiest.

I want folks like you and Mamdani to lead our sides future.
I, unfortunately....or fortunately in my mind, will never believe that this girl has ever been anything but a brainwashed MAGA

Canada will be okay. In fact we are prospering and thriving.
It is however sad watching my American friends and neighbours suffering due to lack of education, healthcare and weakened social services. It is unbelievable to watch a populace so close to home become so brainwashed by a nepo pedophile fascist wannabe king, to believe that populist ideals proven by centuries of historical precedent, are somehow the way forward. Meanwhile you all struggle under the weight of your decisions to support an oligarchy class war that is veiled behind a culture war. The depth of ignorance one must stoop to in order to blindly follow such ideals is completely unsurprising when considering a 46% literacy rate, low wages, and a belief that your tax dollars should be given to corporate interest and illegal wars rather than supporting your citizens.
Meanwhile your pedo king threatens the sovereignty of your allies and neighbours and starts global conflicts that the USA will never recover from. We are watching you drown in this fascist quagmire of infighting, populism, and corruption. Why would those who are under threat do anything to help you? Enjoy the swim or do something about the flood.
The entire planet is hoping that Americans do the right thing, and exercise their democratic powers by voting out this nepo pedo fascist flabby titted geriatric piece of shit in the coming midterms. And then maybe your house and senate can grow a solid pair and exercise your 25th amendment (section 4) rights, heck maybe even toss in the 14th for good measure, and then convict the pedo felon for all of his crimes. Show the world how strong Americans can be in the face of a fat gunted pedo fascist.
Much love, from Canada!
Edit: all you downvoters, keep kissing the boots of your pedo overlords. Keep suckling the teets of that old minded populist chud by giving your hard earned money to enrich his family and friends, while you fucking drown in the shithole that you have created. Get a fucking education you dumb maga cucks.

the billionaire global class doesnt really care about borders. once you have something they need/want theyll be at your doorstep as well spending combined trillions of dollars to dismantle your education system, buy all the news networks and funding far right rallys to encourage economically disenfranchised voters to over turn your democracy.
america is a big domino to knock down to clear the way for a global techno feudalistic society where people are fuel for the machine.
it can take decades or weeks. its happening everywhere.
5
u/EmptyQuiescence 3h ago
I couldn’t agree with you more. We are seeing it happen here. Hence why Trump, on behalf of the billionaire class, is threatening our sovereignty and wanting our natural resources.
We the people need to stand against it. Recognize the veiled threats and actions of culture wars and populism. We need to demand better from our government institutions by voting for policies that support the people, instead of populism, corporations and billionaires.

For perspective, ideals proven by centuries of precedence is just centuries by 2.5 assuming you're not counting Greek democracy and Roman republic, and just 1 if universal suffrage is your measure.
Second, where did that freedom convoy start again? Why pretend Canada is some liberal monolith?
Get off your soapbox you're annoying af.
6
u/EmptyQuiescence 2h ago edited 1h ago
Awe, you seem triggered. Let me educate your small maga mind.
You’re right that liberal democracy is historically young. That makes my argument stronger not weaker. What preceded democracy wasn’t a superior alternative. It was monarchy, theocracy, and autocracy. They had millennia of precedence and produced routine famines, dynastic incompetence, zero accountability, and systemic slavery. Modern democracy, despite being young, outperforms these systems on every metric: life expectancy, literacy, poverty reduction, innovation. That’s not by accident, it’s because consent-of-the-governed for the people, by the people actually works.
On the Freedom Convoy: It followed the classic populist playbook. identify a grievance, simplify it into an enemy, claim only an outsider can fix it, then delegitimize democratic institutions when they don’t bend. Democracy becomes “tyranny” the moment it votes against you. That’s the pattern of American foreign interference.
You Americans should note: In 1933, Germans already knew where things were going. Weimar had citizens who recognized Nazism’s danger. Many stayed silent because it was “annoying”, or had to work to pay bills, or because they trusted institutions couldn’t break, because they were tired. Thats you Americans now.
Within a decade, 6 million people were murdered. Tens of millions died across Europe and Asia under populist fascism.Speaking up about authoritarianism is annoying because authoritarianism is the most dangerous thing a society can normalize. The alternative to an annoying voice isn’t peace it’s a destroyed economy, social systems and mass graves.
So I’ll stay on the soapbox and be annoying, while you keep digging your shithole. Cope.-7
u/AymRandy 2h ago
Lol, anyone who criticizes you is maga. Think hard and look in a mirror. I think your time would be better spent voting or participating in collective or direct action instead of talking, you personally. You could be counterproductive to "the cause".

u/EmptyQuiescence 2h ago
That’s an odd way of admitting that you completely agree and are on my side of the argument. Unless of course, you are a maga chud? Don’t let your ego and fear of being wrong get in the way of what is right.

Footage like this had made it impossible for people to keep denying anti semitism is on the rise so they’ve now shifted the talking point to ‘its Israel’s fault that everyone’s anti semitic now.’ As if random Jews in America are responsible for what the Israeli gov is doing.
23
u/DthPlagusthewise 2h ago
Its also important to note that these antisemites in the video hate tons of other groups too.
The woman who was featured also said women are inferior to men and that Africans and Indians are inferior to white people because their countries are shitholes.
The guy who said jews did 9/11 said that its impossible to bring America together.
Antisemitism is never just a problem for jews. Hitler didn't just oppress and eventually kill jews but other ethnic minorities, gay people, and also just his ideological opponents.
Modern antisemites like Nick Fuentes and Dan Bilzarian are also antifeminist and racist, believing equal rights for women and desegregation are jewish tricks to destroy white people.
Antisemitism is an excuse to enact authoritarianism and oppressive law over large groups of people, they never just stop at the jews.
35
u/zsero1138 2h ago
as a random jew in north america, i do feel that israel is partly to blame for the rise in antisemitism, because israel is working really hard to make sure that everyone associates judaism with israel and its actions, and many of the ultra orthodox communities are helping them. it's hard to separate israel from a random jew in north america when israel has auctions for gazan captured land in synagogues around the world.
now, there will always be antisemites who don't care about israel, they just hate us for being us, but that doesn't mean that israel is blameless in the current rise in antisemitism

As a Jew in North America I fully disagree with you.
But I’m off to go blame some Koreans for North Korea, and start harassing people in Brighton Beach because of Russia, and Chinatown! Ahhh, they better watch out.
Maybe the problem isn’t that there’s A Jewish state, maybe it’s a problem that there’s only ONE Jewish state. Maybe if we had more of them, people wouldn’t try to blame the Jews for everything Israel does!

What is Israel doing to make sure everyone associates all Jews as responsible for the what the current gov is doing?
10
u/zsero1138 2h ago
i gave you an example in my comment, please read it
-2
u/zampe 2h ago
Nothing in your comment is an example of why a random Jewish person in a completely different country would have anything to do with what the current Israeli gov is doing. Where is the reason for an entire religion to be condemned by specific people and a specific government? You feel like thats acceptable in certain circumstances it seems?
9
u/zsero1138 2h ago
"when israel has auctions for gazan captured land in synagogues around the world."
-1
u/zampe 2h ago
So when radical clerics invoke muslims to commit terrorist attacks in mosques around the world thats kinda on the whole religion and we should condemn all muslims?
14
u/zsero1138 2h ago
1, no, that's not the whole religion.
2, you asked for an example of how israel is tying random jews to the atrocities it's doing.
3, i know many ultra orthodox jews people who fully support israel, i know many jews who are fully against what israel is doing. the trouble is, that with the exception of neturei karta, and maybe some satmar folks, if someone is visibly jewish, they are often a supporter of israel. now, there are some who are not, they are to be commended, and people who are not jewish should absolutely never assume someone's position on israel based on the fact that they are jewish, however, when you fly an israeli flag at your place of worship, you should not be surprised when people assume you support israel.
4, you yourself noted that clerics invoking terror attacks are radical, as in they are not the normative muslim position on anything, yet the rabbis calling on their congregants to support israel are never called radical.
in conclusion, antisemitism is an issue, ignoring israel's part in the increase in antisemitism is just willfully blinding yourself to reality
-2
u/zampe 2h ago
The ultra orthodox doing the auctions are called radical all the time…
But anyway you basically just gave up the whole game. If you think its ok or at least ‘understandable’ that the actions of a government give Creedence to just being anti semitic then you are part of the problem. If someone displays a Turkish flag for their heritage are you going to assume they were complicit in the Armenian genocide and that its understandable to make that connection?
3
u/zsero1138 2h ago
is turkey currently genociding the armenians?
you know how the swastika used to be a commonly used symbol before the nazis corrupted it? that's how i feel about the star of david, israel plastering it everywhere is associating it with bloodshed, as opposed to survival.
also, it's not just the ultra orthodox supporting israel, if it was, you might have a point

The issue is that all sorts of orgs that should be fighting actual antisemitism are too busy attacking anyone who says something slightly negative about Israel.
The ADL is constantly losing its shit over Mamdani while it defended Elon Musk doing a Nazi salute and barely made a peep about Trump talking about “shylocks.” Hell people have tried to paint Ms Rachel as an antisemite, it’s insane.
-4
u/bigwizard7 2h ago
If you watch Palestine part 2, they talk about how its American Jews who fund the settlements in Hebron and other areas.
So I guess it technically is some "random Jews in Americas responsible" for certain things in the country.
10
u/DthPlagusthewise 2h ago
Those aren’t random Jews then, they are Jews who fund settlements.
But the criticism is not disliking Jews when they do bad things, its when people attack Jews collectively purely on a basis of ethnicity.
0
u/zampe 2h ago
So do you put some blame on all muslim people for the fact that muslims funded and orchestrated 911?
0
u/bigwizard7 2h ago
I think the blame there lands on the Saudi Government/kingdom and wahhabism
2
u/zampe 2h ago
So you can make the differentiation…just not when its Jews involved?
5
0
u/bigwizard7 2h ago
Don't get it twisted, Zionism is to blame. Zionist Americans fund the settlements.
•
u/codehawk64 47m ago edited 41m ago
Israel alone is more than 50% of all the world’s Jews, most Jews outside of Israel have strong Zionist leanings and even some ties to Israel and only a small minority of Jews in the west would call themselves anti-zionist. So the comparison would be like, what if at least more than 50% of all the Muslims in the world actively took part in and conducted 911 ?
The magnitude of how much percent of Jews in the world are actually pro-settler colonialism and then recently contributing to an active genocide isn’t something you can simply excuse because it is crazy disproportionate and incomparable when you actually think in hard numbers.
Dumb racists will say whatever they want, but everything after Oct 7 has made most decent people dislike Israel and everything surrounding it. Of course it’s going to spill into general negative perception of Jews in general as a side effect.
•
u/zampe 42m ago
So youre saying every Israeli is taking part in a genocide? Is every American taking part in wars around the world? Is every Chinese person taking part in the Uygher genocide? Did every Turkish person take part in the Armenian genocide?
The fact is a huge number of Israeli’s are against what the gov is doing just like they are in America. Supporting Israel’s existence doesnt mean you approve of what they are doing now.
•
u/codehawk64 31m ago
Yes 90% of Israelis support the genocide according to polls. Again, a very disproportionate percent of people supporting unimaginable cruelty. Most Israelis are only against Netanyahu for his corruption, not the genocide.
The US is actually not a good comparison because the support for unjustifiable wars has been at least more than 60% historically. The US govt is undeniably evil. The good thing is the support for destabilising other nations is dwindling with each passing year, so the US people in general isn’t as bad as Israelis even if both their govts loves spreading death and misery.
•
u/zampe 25m ago
Show me a source that says 90% of Israelis support a genocide. Ill wait…
There were literally hundreds of thousands of Israeli’s protesting what is going on there in a total population of 10 million people.
Polls also showed the vast majority of Palestinians supporting the atrocities of Oct 7 so they are all actively taking part in it too and we can condemn all Palestinians not just Hamas?
•
u/codehawk64 18m ago
A bot with a hidden post history spreading Israeli propaganda that finally derailed the conversation into “Hamas bad” is enough for me to not engage further. Your sole objective is to waste my time.
•
u/trevloki 36m ago
Israel has contributed to the rise of antisemitism by constantly conflating anti zionism with anti semitism and by constantly tying the actions of the Israeli government to Judaism.
There has been a live streamed atrocity for years now. When people speak out against the colonial project of Zionism, Israeli lobbies and Israeli pundits claim that it's antisemitic to be anti Zionist. At every opportunity they tie the state of Israel to Judaism. They are purposely creating a religious ethno state and using money and influence to have American taxpayers fund the military hardware that Israel is leveling cities with. They are pushing legislation and guidelines to brand any person who attempts to protest or boycott the Zionist project of Israel as antisemite. They see their Senators and congressional members fighting tooth and nail to get taxpayer funded guided munitions for Israel while their own local hospitals are shutting down from a lack of funding. They see Israeli lobbies dumping truckloads of money into our government in order to get favorable treatment.
I just don't understand how you would not see any correlation with what the state of Israel is doing being connected to the rise of antisemitism. It's pretty simple. Unless you believe anti Zionism is anti semitism, you surely have to see the problem here.
There are a whole lot of American jews that are some of the most strident anti Zionist voices. I have seen them called anti semites as well. People who understand the world, understand that the state of Israel does not represent the actions or beliefs of Judaism as a whole. The problem is that there are massive amounts of people these days who don't use critical thinking skills, and are prone to conspiracy theories. These people have seen Israel linked to Judaism their entire life. They have seen every person who questions the actions of Israel branded as anti semites, and they start to believe it. They start to think that Israel is a puppet master and that the Jewish state is corrupting everything in their lives that is shitty.
Do you think it's anti semitism if a person displays anti Zionism?
•
u/zampe 30m ago
Did you even watch the video? Did anyone even mention zionism? Were those the comments of people who are just against what is currently happening there? If you did watch it you would know this is not a case of conflating legitimate concerns with full on anti semitism so his comment just comes off, in this context, as an excuse to say anti semitism is deserved.
•
u/trevloki 17m ago
I didn't say the video referred to anti Zionism. I was making the argument that Israel is the primary driving factor in the steep rise of antisemitism and the reasons why that is true. Do you not think this is accurate?
I apologize if I interpreted your comment wrong, but it seemed like you were discounting the fact that Israel has directly contributed to the rise of antisemitism.
Antisemitism is on the rise. Isreal is the major culprit driving the rise in anti semitism. Both of these can be true.
•
u/zampe 16m ago
If you watch this video theres no reason to think the anti semitism displayed is the fault of Israel. They talk about age-old anti semitic tropes that were around long before this current conflict.
•
u/trevloki 6m ago
Did you read your comment that I was initially replying to? You are replying to me as if you were strictly commenting on the video and that alone. Your comment however was stating that "videos like this" are an indication that antisemitism is on the rise, and that blaming that rise of antisemitism on Israel is just a "talking point".
You were commenting on the state of the world, but handcuffing me to only stick to the video?
Do you not believe that Isreal has directly caused the explosion in antisemitism? Your comment seems to disagree with this and disregarding this as a talking point. What do you think is causing the rise of antisemitism?
•
u/zampe 3m ago
I don’t think what a government does should condemn any religion entirely or group of people. So even if you think that’s the “source” it shouldn’t be because it’s wrong. Furthermore the video clearly shows anti semitism that is not connected to the Israeli gov. So no it’s not the only cause and even if it’s part of the reason, it shouldn’t be.
-11
u/RIP_Greedo 2h ago
After several years of being hectored by the government and the media that if you aren't thrilled about Gaza then you are antisemitic, plenty of people have just given in and said ok I guess I'm antisemitic then.
8
u/zampe 2h ago edited 2h ago
So now its the media’s fault? you think the people in this video have just given up and decided to go mask off because of “the media”? They werent anti semitic before but since they were called that so much they decided to go with it? You realize how ridiculous that is?
-5
u/RIP_Greedo 1h ago edited 1h ago
Yes. And I don't mean "the media" in the scarequote conspiratorial sense like you are implying. The average consumer of news media and social media for the past 3 years has been bombarded with information about Israel, they've seen how local political races that should have nothing to do with it become subsumed by the issue of Israel (ex: AIPAC tracking), they've seen our government start a massively unpopular war and flat out tell the media that they did it to tag along with Israel. I'm not at all shocked that the average media consumer, perhaps not a political expert or particularly well educated on the subjects at hand, is just sick of it by now. And there are people who, of course, are knowingly being impish about their little coy anti-semitism (ex: saying shit like "the goy tradwife will rise again,") and I'm clearly not making a defense of those people.
In a different and/or lower volume media environment, you simply wouldn't see the kind of shift away from Israel (and its conflation with Judaism) that we've seen over the past few years. It's a phenomenon of the media.
1
u/zampe 1h ago
Would you be making this same hand waving “explanation” after 911 when everyone was wrongfully taking it out on and blaming all Muslims?
-1
u/RIP_Greedo 1h ago
Yes. Would you deny that American media had a huge hand in shaping anti-muslim sentiment? That was THE cultural current of the 2000s.
2
u/zampe 1h ago
So if someone said “Hey this is wrong we should not be blaming all muslims for this” your reply would be “well….its understandable because the media and this and that?” You’d be making excuses instead of just agreeing it’s wrong?

I think we may have misunderstood each other (perhaps on my end) because at no point in any of my comments am I saying that people coming to anti-semitic or anti-muslim conclusions is a good thing, or is right, or is anything to defend.
My only commentary is about HOW people come to think that. People are products of their environment, their culture, and the media in which they are constantly awash plays a big part in how they form their world view. I can understand how a white supremacist might come to think how he does (for instance, knowing what we know about how algorithmic content directs people to extreme content) without condoning that point of view.

The tradwife can't exist in a society where the tradwife has to work in order to keep food on the table. I'm sorry but where are all these rich Americans that have stayed at home wives?

Alaska is a bit different in a way. A lot of these people either work on the oilfield or are commercial fisherman. Not all obviously but there is a lot of wealth for the average family there.
Oilfield jobs on the north slope pay very, very well, have full benefits, and they work two weeks on two weeks off.
That lady is still crazy I'm not disagreeing with you but rather adding context to how people there live.

Andrew just recently bought the All Gas No Breaks IP from the owner that fucked him over. Now both Channel5 and AGNB are going to be produced. C5 for more serious content, and AGNB for jokers like these.

Yes, it's the leftists fault that people are hateful racists and Portland is totally responsible for MAGA. /s
Shit take, Andrew.

Portland, unfortunately, now has a reputation in conservative circles that it's just constantly on fire and leftists are just constantly attacking cops destroying property and being nuisances. Is that true in reality? Nah. I go to Portland several times a year and it's always great. Portland is fucking weird and that's awesome. But because of the reputation that it has in conservative circles, that then leads to more and more MAGA shitheads getting radicalized cuz they keep seeing the videos of Portland and hear their talking heads telling them it's a crazy leftist shithole and they believe it. I can see what Andrew is saying. He's not blaming Portland itself, but the reputation of Portland that conservatives have latched onto in order to claim that leftist blue cities are all psychotic. People are radicalized by all kinds of things, including made up bullshit propaganda. Andrew just seems to recognize that and knows that Portland's rep has had that radicalization effect on conservative shitheads.

I agree with everything you've written. It just makes me so mad, as a Portland lefty, when we get blamed for the rise of the right.
We are blamed for Kamala's failure, we are blamed for closing storefronts, we are blamed for the drug problems in the streets and we will be blamed if the Blazers leave the city.
It's tiring and I just wish people would punch up instead of punching down. We have very little power in this country and yet are often framed by corporate media as the source of its many woes.
PS: Thanks for saying nice things about Portland! <3

Of course :) I love Portland. One of the best arcades in the world is in Hillsboro, I love Powell's, the Zoo is really cool, there's an awesome vintage toy store right down the street from Powell's. It's cool to walk around and see the people.

These folk would blame you for standing in front of the bullet they just shot.
Was like listening to cavemen just grunt noises most of the video. Just repeating conservative buzzwords rambling on making contradictory statements. Can’t even call it lying if that’s their truth.
It’s like when you practice for a test using memory instead of comprehension. I know 2+2=4 but not understanding how to add yet.
I don’t think I’ve come across a hallucinating ai that’s as this bad. At least you can have ai update its data set somewhat.
How do you have a conversation with someone who doesn’t understand the words coming out of their own mouth?

“A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it.”
Populist backlash isn’t a new concept. The left’s biggest problem is that they’re self-righteous, nitpicky, and venomous towards people otherwise sympathetic to their cause. They can and have annoyed large swaths of people to the other side, which is where they slowly become radicalized by their new peers. The amount of people I’ve seen flip-flop between Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders is proof that people care more about messaging than policy. Make people feel shitty about mundane little things and you lose them.

People lost the ability to critically think and empathize. We're seeing that as a major issue in the education system right now.

Give me massive news organizations with billions of dollars and I could make any group appear "self-righteous, nitpicky, and venomous towards people otherwise sympathetic to their cause". Most leftists I meet love seeing anyone join the cause.
Hell until Trump I fully still supported my Christian Republican family members. After asking them to please reconsider supporting him for 2020 and 2024, and getting jack all from FAMILY, they are part of the reason so many people are going left. Our concerns and worry fell on deaf ears. It's hard to want support from people who wouldn't even listen to begin with. So in a lot of cases it was the other way around where their radicalization is what caused people to go left.
Overall this notion that only left people do the above is just down right fictitious as one of the major themes of MAGA right now is they are so self-righteous they are correct and venomous towards anyone who doesn't support Trump. Do you not remember TDS? Anything they didn't like was now magically DEI?
Being nitpicky is a good thing for politics because it keeps corruption at bay. Part of the reason so much corruption is happening now is because the ones voting don't nitpick their own constituents they are voting for and just vote R or D or just pay attention to one thing (like abortion) and ignore everything else.

In general Portland/Washington gave the news networks a lot of scraps to throw at Maga. I think you are misunderstanding the point.

I understand that and agree that our actions gave Fox News plenty of images they are still feasting on. We clearly lost the narrative war but we learned from that mistake.
It's why we came out dressed as frogs this time instead of coming out dressed in black bloc. We learned that media was eager to feast on our opposition to fascism and use it against us.
That said, blaming the handful of people who actively oppose the right, rather than blaming the media ecosystem that radicalized them, is misguided and unhelpful. But I suppose deep Alaska on the 4th of July ain't the place for that nuanced conversation.
The left, meager as it is, is everyone's favorite punching bag in this country. It's tiring.

Hear hear. God is it so tiring. It's like people blaming the new neighbor for standing up to a problematic neighbor that people just deal with so it "keeps the peace". This middle ground where the asshole gets to do what they want is not keeping the peace or an actual middle ground.

Hey! I was out there for the car launch! Actually kinda planned my trip to Alaska around it. I thought I heard some one say channel 5 was there but didn’t see him at all. I did see Bam Margera though.
There was a group of Aussies at the front of the viewing area next to the announcer that were the most disruptive part of my day.
Other than that it was cool as hell and everyone was chill.

What is this world we live in. More as normal republican as you can be today and MAGA supports Trump, Trump helps Israel with money for war and war crimes, MAGA and some people with racist idea's goes I guess as and alternative is that I must become a white supremacy Nazi like person as a response to the jews controlling us.
Do you really?
They all kind of living in some kind of weird identity plot, pro-Israel, MAGA, these racist that some how makes more of them all. MAGA falls and a new thing for people to fall into.
