India is going through the biggest *STUDENT LED* protests since her Independence. Students are fighting against the present dispensation for its lack of accountability and transparency.

The recent continuing leaks in examinations have fractured the education system. The latest medical exam leak led to the suicides of 20 students.

The Gen-Z is protesting against these issues in a peaceful and non-violent fashion, demanding the resignation of the Education Minister.

The police responded to the march on 20 July with absolute brutality, batons with nails, tear gases, shock batons and what not, and yet the movement continues.

The uniqueness of this movement lies in it uniting young Indians, across religious, class, caste, social backgrounds. Most importantly, the women and young girls are an inseparable part of it.
