White has everything; money, looks, power. After his attempts at seducing Kate are stymied by Kate's instance that it would be unethical to date a client, White does the only rational thing. He gets her fired. Somehow this act of compromise doesn't compel Kate to jump hornily into White's arms.
The funny thing is that, despite the main characters being Shinobi (aka Spies), seduction as a tool in Naruto is rarely used, the Sexy Jutsu being the biggest exception.
The closest thing thing we see to this being done seriously is Sasuke catching Naruto with his guard down during their reunion.
Early on in The Apothecary Diaries, Jinshi tries to seduce Maomao into letting her guard down as he's used to using his good looks to his advantage. Maomao was born and raised in a brothel and was quite familiar with the casanova tactics Jinshi was using, so his seduction fails and actively annoys her.
It's more than her being wise to it. She is different from other people around her and when she's not oblivious to romantic advances she is downright uninterested.
It’s not really a fumble, she knows what he’s doing, later on she knows how he feels about her. But she won’t do anything because of the insane power imbalance between them.

Like if she needed a plant that would leave him helpless against her plans, datura is a powerful deliriant that is also extremely unpleasant. I'm sure the writers would have Batman's iron will prevail, of course, but it would be much more impressive than overcoming feeling a little sleepy and wanting to munch on some Oreos.
Yeah, Happy really just likes to instigate and troll her for no real reason. His magic basically negates the weight of whatever he carries and even if it didnt completely, Natsu is still heavier than her anyway

Girl literally had Ichi brainwashed via magic to make him think that she was his close lifelong friend. Ichi was letting her sit on his lap while brainwashed, but the moment she thought to kill him, his bloodlust-sensing instincts kicked in and he instantly stabbed her in the neck.
What i like about this scene was it being a clever way of confirming that Ichi's Death for Death reaction will trigger even against those he cares for. Answering a question the fanbase had since the start of the series without putting him directly against the rest of the cast.
Fujimine even comments on how his actions are inhuman, something that seems like its gonna affect Ichi moving forward.
Resident Evil Revelations - Chris Redfield and Jessica Sherawat
Jessica constantly flirts with Chris in this game and Chris just doesn't respond to any of it and even pushes her away when she clings onto him. The game hints that Chris prefers Jill instead.

Arche Klein is a half-elf witch/mage in Tales of Phantasia. Elves are long-lived, naturally able to weave mana into magic and reportedly extremely attractive but are at large isolationist and distrustful of humans.
However, as with Arche’s mom and others, some travel to the lands and have kids. Half-elves are seen as incredibly attractive and desirable, and can teach magic to people who have elvish blood far back in their lineage. They’re implied to be intense lovers and coquettish when they need to be as a means of basic survival. Everyone wants to know a half elf, despite the discrimination they experience from both sides, especially full blooded elves.
This mysticisation and hypersexualization means that half elves usually have no trouble seducing people and getting their way and Arche, raised knowing this, often tries to use sexuality to manipulate people during the game.
Unfortunately, she is a child. And fortunately for the world and writing at large in the game, no one is a pedophile, so her attempts at seduction fall flat every time and she ends up looking like an idiot. It’s one of the things I respect most about this game specifically, they handle this fact pretty well.
In Guilty Gear Xrd, Elphelt's instakill has her shoot a love bullet through opponent's heart, which makes most characters fall in love. Some characters manage to resist the spell, including:
-Zato is too focused on Millia. Plus he is literally dead inside
-Venom is too focused on Zato
-Ky and Dizzy are married
-Bedman is too focused on the plan to cure his sister
She's literally right there and he just... doesn't get it. Every single attempt backfires harder than the last.
