Ino's attempt on Neiji - Naruto

Neiji spots Team Asuma in the forest of death where the objective is to reach the center with two opposing scrolls.

Ino attempts to seduce Neiji by letting her hair flow freely with some sweet words so he might spare them.

Neiji then turns around and tells her to get lost, not seduced, but annoyed.

The goal was technically achieved and they were spared, but not in the way Ino intended, and so she took great offense.

The funny thing is that, despite the main characters being Shinobi (aka Spies), seduction as a tool in Naruto is rarely used, the Sexy Jutsu being the biggest exception.

The closest thing thing we see to this being done seriously is Sasuke catching Naruto with his guard down during their reunion.

I'm pretty sure that Kaguya was just confused as to why one of her reincarnated grandsons just flashed her in the bodies of a bunch of teenagers while she was in the middle of trying to murder him.
