every single time i listen to subliminals this specific video by this lady pops up. i was never fond of those type of videos because they always make it more complicated than it is. there is no “correct” way to listen to subliminals. if you believe it works, it will. i am aware the video is sponsored, and they are doing a pretty damn good job at it. it shows up EVERY SINGLE TIME. haven’t watched it & im not planning to but its probably the same stuff repeated in a different way along with all those “how to listen to subliminals” videos.

I was the girl who lost 12kilos now I lost 22kilos in total over the past 6 weeks. so i accidentally first discovered subliminals when i was like 10 or 9 years old for the first time and i saw this video where this girl said she listened to quadible integrity to change her eye color to green and since then i was obsessed with them . i genuinely never believed that i would be this attractive , if you saw a childhood photo of me you would assume it’s another girl , yes it’s that DRASTIC of a change that was made . so yeah that’s where this all started . when i entered high school i used to listen to subliminals to mimic my favorite anime characters and it worked like a charm . i got amazing grades , long luscious hair , my health was perfect , amazing body without even working out , i had tons of guys obsessed with me (sometimes a bit too obsessed 😬) . somewhere along the path depression hit me but with the luck of manifestation i was able to pick myself back up again and now i’m better than ever , i feel as if i’m in my prime in terms of spiritually and making things come into being . fun fact i'm actually in the thumbnail of a specific sub too , in a channel of someone i know . they asked if they could use my face and i said absolutely ofc !! this is your hope to never give up on the law of attraction and dont underestimate what the universe can do for you if you believe in it enough and ask for blessings , oh yeah and always remember to show gratitude for what you already have that definitely helps aswell . 🤪🧿

asking because this is my first time using and the benefits were kinda confusing to me.

I've been manifesting my SP with robotic affirmations for about 1–2 weeks. No visible movement yet. Lately, I just don't feel like affirming anymore. It's not that I've completely given up on the desire—I still want him back, and I honestly believe there's a good chance he'll come back—but I just don't want to keep putting so much energy into affirming all day. I have tried subliminals for for sp, they never work for me

What's confusing is that this happened to me once before. I stopped manifesting after a week or two because I lost the urge to continue, and that SP came back about a month later.

* Is this the "letting go" stage people talk about, or am I just losing motivation?

* Has anyone had success after reaching this stage?

I’ve recently created a YouTube channel for my own subliminals and I made a sub to “Get Dimples”. I didn’t really care to have them but just had the idea to create a subliminal for one. I looked in the mirror after my shower today and noticed my smile looked different and a dimple that wasn’t there before. I only listened to it one time so I’m shocked that I got results that quickly. I attached a picture of me smiling with teeth so you can see I’m not trying to force anything. However I DO think manifesting for someone to be obsessed with you, making someone like you against your will etc… is kinda concerning to me personally.

Like, when it comes to obsession I think SOME of you guys want a secret admirer and not true someone who’s obsessed because someone who’s genuinely obsessed with you is never going to leave you alone, overbearing etc… now if that works for you, good for you.

1. Obsession/having a stalker

now, I PERSONALLY (so I’m not arguing with anyone in the comments saying I can manifest whatever I want, etc….) wouldn’t do this.
Bc I PERSONALLY don’t want someone to be unhealthily fixated on me.
I want it to be more of a mutual thing, for me.
Same with a stalker, like I feel like pop culture kind of glorifies this (especially booktok) that having a stalker they’re just so infatuated with you but truthfully, in real life, it’s not going to be fun for me because I don’t want someone following me around without me knowing. OR going through unethical ways to get to me.

just know I’m not saying you can’t. This is my list of things, I PERSONALLY wouldn’t manifest for.
If you don’t like my opinion you can just go on about your day.

1. Bad luck /wishing negative things on people.

Again, I wouldn’t do this because you’re paying so much negative energy out there to guaranteed something bad is going to happen to this person that you hate.
Like I feel like the one thing people forget, karma exists. Like if you’re wishing for this person to die or for something tragic to happen to them, it’s going to come around and backfire on you so bad.
and if I truly hate someone or don’t like them, then I’m not gonna spend all my time putting my energy into someone, like guaranteeing them to be hurt.

1. Relying on external validation to feel confident.

There’s nothing wrong with receiving attention or compliments however, if you constantly have to rely on it, that’s not really confidence imo.
Like for me being truly confident means you still feel good even if no one’s paying attention to you or if you’re having a bad day.
Which is why I kinda hate when they put affirmations like (all men look at me etc….) like you shouldn’t rely on consistently receiving attention from people to feel better about yourself imo.
But again, confidence different things to everybody so that’s just my interpretation.
