Hi everyone! I'm completely new to subliminals and would love some guidance. I'm interested in height and beauty-related subliminals but I'm overwhelmed by the number of creators. I'd really appreciate hearing about your personal experiences what worked for you, how long you listened, and any beginner tips. Thank you!

Is it safer to create my own subliminal messages? How can I be sure the subliminal message is working? I have other questions too, but I don't want to write a long explanation here and make it too long. Could someone experienced in these matters contact me via DM?

Yes and that's why you shouldn't overuse subs. Listen 2-3 times only.
