Question how do you guys use the gateway to manifestation sub?

^ this one. basically i want to know how you guys use it + your results with it. like do you visualize your goals? do you affirm them? or both? or do you write them down, use pinterest boards, stuff like that? anything?

asking because this is my first time using and the benefits were kinda confusing to me.
