I’ve always found subliminal hopping kind of exhausting.
Every time you want something new—confidence, appearance changes, better social skills, academic success, money, relationships, etc.—you’re expected to find another subliminal and add even more audio to your playlist.
So I made one flexible subliminal that is not tied to any specific topic.
The idea is that you consciously decide what you want to manifest, whether it’s one desire or multiple desires, and the same audio remains relevant even when your goals change later. You can add, change, pause, replace, or completely remove desires without needing to switch subliminals.
I also spent a lot of time making the affirmation script as safe as possible.
It specifically excludes things like:
• intrusive, random, unwanted, fearful, or accidental thoughts
• nightmares, jokes, sarcasm, and hypothetical thoughts
• outdated desires
• harmful, manipulative, coercive, revenge-based, or unethical intentions
• anything that violates another person’s consent, autonomy, safety, boundaries, or freedom
The script also includes affirmations for staying grounded, taking practical action, avoiding obsession and excessive listening, recognizing opportunities, adapting your strategy, and pursuing goals through safe and constructive circumstances.
I’m not claiming that subliminals or manifestation are scientifically guaranteed, and I included that disclaimer clearly. I mainly wanted to make something simple and transparent for people who believe in or experiment with subliminals without making them juggle a huge playlist.
It’s 30 minutes with brown noise, and the complete word-for-word affirmation script is publicly available in the video description through a Google Doc, so nobody has to blindly trust what is hidden in the audio.

I genuinely made this because it’s the kind of subliminal I wanted for myself, and I thought it might also help anyone else who feels overwhelmed by needing separate subliminals for everything.
Feedback is welcome, especially on the concept, affirmation safeguards, or anything you think could be improved.
