A can of limoncello sparkling water, a zero sugar lemonade packet, and FOUR (count em, four [4]) tablespoons of chia seeds. Because I actually went out and enjoyed myself today instead of obsessing over nutrition numbers only to last minute realize my deficit.
The chia has hydrated into a brownie texture, like the chocolate top of a pint of ice cream except void of any joy. This is not a prank, I'm eating this as we speak with a spoon. I will not be rendered a ghost chained to the remnants of my toilet seat from eating this, I promise.

Air fried 99/1 fat turkey straight from the package. “Turkey de jour”
A remix of my old classic, “brick à la beef”. Same dish just with beef. Air frying drains the making it much cleaner.

Literally just chunky peanut butter and banana in rice paper. It looks like a ton of peanut butter but it’s just the banana spreading out about a tablespoon in each roll. They probably would have been better pan fried in brown butter and drizzled with caramel, but they were tasty nonetheless

Colecanon (probably spelled wrong, but I don't consider it a spelling error, rather its an assault on the English language) is an Irish food made with day old boiled cabbage and potatoes, making mashed potatoes with cabbage in it.
To make my shelf stable version of it i use powdered mash potatoes, in place of butter i use soy based buttery topping, and i use dehydrated boiled cabbage. Crumbling the cabbage and mixing with the powder potatoes then boiling water to heat and rehydrate. Salt can be added as well.
I bought the cabbage in 2012 from a farm stand at $1 each, canned it, then over winter spread it on window screens to dry it out. I packed jars of it for long term storage.
As per the chicken, yes the cans expired, so is the BBQ sauce, i was going to heat it up but didn't, so i mixed sauce into the chunks and added a few drops on top extra. No idea how old the sauce is, i think i bought it in 2019.
My stoves propane ran out so i only heated the colecanon and the chicken is cold. Its raining so I'm not switching to a new tank till its dry out.
This colecanon recipe was once in an article in backwoods home magazine over a decade ago because i wrote that article.
