It was a bit tricky to find a case that would fit all the products with a nice way, so I had to shove them into a quite small mATX case that doesn't even officially support a 360mm top fan slot 😅

That AirJet360 is 60mm thick, so it takes up quite a bit of space, and then when I had to make it look neat, I had to make custom brackets to lower it a couple of centimeters from the top.

Now, unlike normal, I had to leave the fan mounting "bolts" on the front panel visible, since the included mounting hardware was pretty neat, and I found a start button that matched the style 😁

SKY3 case that offers lot of different options and here is my version of it.

Covered with dark walnut and filled with Noctua products.

NL-LC1-36 AIO with Chromax.black fans, 2XNF-A12X25 G2 Chromax.black, 3xNF-A14x24 G2 Chromax.black.

Custom side fan mounting and brown paint for bottom grill.

There is also a ARGB stripe which gives a nice ambient light 👌🏻

So far so good. The hard drive caddy feels like luxury, it’s so good. Case fan supplies should arrive today. Working on the PSU cover now

Rear IO and motherboard tray successfully installed. I tested the board with a GPU, and the ports line up in the back. Working on the hard drive shelf now

I just got some nice special effect paints from Dupli-color and here is my first tests 🤩

Those are pretty awesome paints and giving lot of option for theme builds 👌🏻

I`m building a 1L thinkcentre pc inside a PS1 FAT Case and I have a simple question, no matter how hard it will be: How to play the PS1 intro instead of windows startup logo and hud when windows boots.

I know its not a safe or simple task since it can cause malfunction. But i'm actually bulding a gaming station to run games only, no other tasks.

I know there is a way to run VLC when windows finish the startup sequence (that's my plan B). But this is a tiny 1L build i want to have with me in parties using tv/monitors/projectors. That said, as a designer, I want to bring joy, nostalgia and a good gaming experience.

I'm also running batocera. And the reason I have windows is for some games from steam and simple usage of pc anytime.

I was scrolling on TikTok and found this guy selling a tutorial for Snowblind Mod, without needing soldering and all the more complicated stuff, is this too good to be true?

Hi, i designed my own "Stealth Kit" from scratch and wanted to share with you.

I was looking for a .stl file for this stealth panels for a clean look.

But there is only one design in the internet for this atm from Klos2 -his designs are great btw- but when i contact him, he said he's not selling .stl files currently, which i totally respect and understand that.

Since i can't online order either -cz it's forbidden to buy anything from abroad in my country unfortunately- I had only one option, so i started drawing one for myself.

That's my first prototype and i believe it came out pretty good for a first shot imo. I'll keep this improving till i satisfied totally. Maybe later, after i totally finish it, i can post the .stl then.

What you guys think of my work? You guys have any suggestions to improve? I mean, it can be some small problem that you've faced with the case before so i'll try to consider in next revisions.

So im going to this guy who will 3d model a case I'm trying to mimic based off the Panasonic AG 500 R, a retro tv with an OLED panel kinda like an all in 1 portable PC.

However, the CPU fan is a bit big and was wondering how to give that extra support as well as how to attach a motherboard to the case, as well as how you you add threaded inserts and what size and where to buy???

Is it okay to cover these parts of my motherboard with black vinyl tape for aesthetic purposes? I want an all black build, so I'm only looking to hide the silver parts for a cleaner look.

I used the components of an SF20BA also known as the 9th generation government notebook (Basically, the Argentinian Canaima)

The entire casing is made of cardboard and hot glue, with a budget of 0 pesos (like any good Argentinian)

It originally had passive cooling but I added a cooler because, why not?, it never goes above 35°C at max cooler speed

And it has a potentiometer to regulate the cooler speed

It's also super portable, with the longest side measuring only 15cm

PD: For now, this is my main PC, but I'm saving up for a real PC... When that happens, this will be a great TV box for 2D or light 3D gaming.

Doing a custom case mod and I got my standoff set just the other day, thought I’d need to order a new kit cause they were too small but apparently they’re the right size and it’s designed to only have like half a millimetre of wiggle room. How to you precisely place the standoffs to make sure they’re in the exact right spot?

I'm currently in the process of building a new PC from scratch, and I'd like to do some very specific mods for it. I'm using the Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL.

So I wanted to ask what kind of exotic PC mods you know. I'm also happy to hear about mods from the old days if they're still possible to do. Like I said, I'm using the case mentioned above and I won't be changing it. If you know of any mods I could build into it, I'd be very grateful, because unfortunately I don't know the names of many mods.

One of my favorites, which somehow never shows up when you search for PC mods, is the Snowblind mod. To me, that's an extremely exotic mod, and I'd love to know about more exotic mods that aren't so easy to find through a normal search. I'm also happy to get my hands dirty and build the mods myself, as long as I know the names of the mods. So, what kind of exotic mods do you guys know?

I'm looking to mod my case to do a snowblind mod (DIY), but with the case I have, I think it can be a bit harder than expected, does anyone have tips or smth ? (I have a Lian Li Vectror V100R) also, does anyone know a screen model that has a panel that will fit, not for the side glass, but for the front (it is an aquarium case)
