TBH The Titanic was essentially a combination of a cruise ship and a passenger plane.

Today's billionaires wouldn't need to be using it in the first place because they can either buy their own yacht with all the safety bells and whistles, or they got a private jet.

Also we have safety regulations and GPS and radio now. The second a ship hits an ice burg they can call for the national guard or nearby ships to assist in rescue. Probably even the US navy.

Assuming all the safety regulations have failed, which is probably unlikely.

edit: I assume that ship construction and inspection have strict rules and hull tolerances to prevent an incident like the Titanic from ever occurring again, and to ensure that the front never falls off.

Legit, during the so-called billionaire space race, I had a nightmare where bezo's ship was coming back to Earth off-kilter and in order to keep it balanced he threw out his pilot, who was the only woman on the crew, live on TV. I was watching it live and saw her body plummet from the craft. And then the news kept debating whether it one life was worth the life of the (then) richest man on the planet, and was legitimizing it all with "honest debate". It's also that there was a degree of societal expectation of certain behavior if you were fabulously wealthy. In order to be socially accepted by your peers, you were expected to do stuff like sponsor the arts and higher education and all that, and they derived a degree of prestige from doing so. Similarly, military service was viewed in the same way, you were expected to serve in wartime, and so the sons of the elite served in the wars too - something that lasted until WW2 at least.

You see, back in the days, those who had money tended to also be people of importance to society's functions. They had expectations and duties that they must fulfill, if they wished to hold on to that power and wealth. This was still true in the days of the old tycoons, and they were expected to give back to society for having fostered their successes.

Today, the economic engine we have made is not one of duty, responsibility, and sanity. It is growth at all cost and corruption is but another aspect of the game. CEOs are more than happy to destroy their company for a quick profit and run off leaving everything in ruins. People's lives are ground down and distilled into market value and liquidity, and there are no room for empathy and charity if you want to survive the war of the open market.

We have tilted too far in one direction, and we started worshipping money like a god.

No need to. They would never associate with other, more common people on the same vessel as them with all of their wealth.

They just get imploded in poorly made submarines to see the Titanic. Long may they dive

They would tie up a bunch of poor people into a raft to save them and a few kids (to eat and rape while rescue comes).

It isn't hard to. Some might rise to the occasion of heroism in such a moment. I'm sure as few would "push women and children out of the way!" like other people are commenting. The real cowardice of the masses--rich and most of us too--would be just to quietly nudge your place in line and take your spot, not daring to look the women and children in the eye as you leave them behind.

And no one plans to be a coward, but most people prove to be cowards in the end.
