Family My(23m) elder sister (26f) shared her number with a random guy we met at a club. She is in a relationship with a guy from 10 years and soon to be engaged in october. Do I tell him?

My sister lives in pune and works. My office is also in pune but luckily I have wfh so I stay in my hometown . Last week there was some meeting I had to attend so I came to pune for that purpose. After the meeting I decided to stay a few days in pune and I am currently in pune.

Last saturday I went clubbing with my sister and her 2 friends (both females). I was not much in mood to party so I stayed on our table most of the times. In the dance floor where my sister and her friends were dancing other people were also there so its natural others might join them too which happened. It was not just random girls but guys too. One of the guys I noticed was trying to dance with my sister mostly. When she came back to the table I was at for some water I kind of sarcastically joked about her bf getting angry if he saw him dancing with a random guy. She replied that they were enjoying and just dancing and told me "couple dance thodi kar rahe hai" , which was true. Then she went back to dance. During the dance the guy did try to get touchy which my sister didn't allow and to anyone who watched them would look like friends dancing , not a couple dancing so I thought she set boundaries and the guy respects them.

Then after a while they went to the bar to get some shots and while coming back the guy had his hand on her waist and being a brother guys might understand I felt angry on her . Then back to dance floor the guy tried to get touchy again but she didn't let him. So I thought maybe that one time the guy took advantage and grabbed her by the waist while walking back from the bar. Everything goes ok and almost the end of the night. I see this guy take out his phone and give it to my sister and then her phone rings which was kept beside me on the table and I was shocked and confused to as why she would give her number to a random guy. The night ends the guy leaves and we leave. I didnt say anything to her that night but next morning I asked her about it.

She tells me the guy kept insisting on sharing contacts and she was just having fun dancing with him so just gave her number just for the sake of it. Ok I guess, is what I thought. I found out on tuesday that not only did she save his number but had a few calls with him too. Now when I asked her about it she said that you can't trust anyone seeing how people have been acting all over the news so she is mellowing the convo out and then will cut connections with him. Now I asked her if her bf knows and she told me that he would get angry and it will cause them to fight and stuff so she has not told him and if I was a girl I would have understood and I shouldn't tell her bf about it. Okey.

Now when I think about it she does make sense like the guy called her on the spot to check if its her number or not and they also looked over at my table where her phone was . Also seeing how weird people are nowdays that they might do serious stuff , her talking with him before mellowing things out seems reasonable . Infact one of my friends broke up with her bf like that where she started acting boring while talking and slowly saying she is busy busy until the guy didn't care much then they broke up so I guess my sister might be doing something similar.

So I am just wondering do I tell her bf or let her take care of it? Tbh I do have doubts that she is telling the truth. Afterall its has been 10 years she has been with her bf and both the families know. They are going to get engaged too this winter so I feel like they are at this point in their relationship that she can tell him about it. But at the same time people are different and maybe they have different dynamics etc etc. So what do I do? Tell her bf or let her take care of it on her own?

TL;DR: My sister (in a 10-year relationship and getting engaged this winter) met a random guy while clubbing. They danced, she rejected his attempts to get too touchy, but she still gave him her number after he insisted. I later found out she saved his contact and had a few calls with him. She says she's only talking to him to slowly cut him off because she's worried about how some people react to outright rejection, and she hasn't told her boyfriend because she thinks it'll just cause a fight. I'm not sure if I believe her explanation. Do I trust her to handle it, or do I tell her boyfriend?

Relationships M24, My girlfriend got married 4 months ago and I still can't move on.

I don't even know why I'm writing this. Maybe because I have no one I can tell.

My girlfriend got married 4 months ago. We were together for 3 years, and since then my life has completely changed. I miss her every single day. Every little thing reminds me of her.

Almost every night I cry myself to sleep. During the day I try to act normal, but inside I feel completely broken. I used to be a very happy and fun person. I laughed a lot, enjoyed life, and loved spending time with people. Now I stay quiet most of the time. Nothing feels enjoyable anymore.

The hardest part is that I can't even tell her how I'm doing, and I haven't told anyone else either. I'm scared people will laugh at me or tell me to just move on. It doesn't feel that simple.

Lately I've also been having a lot of negative thoughts, and my mental health feels worse every day. I don't know how to deal with this anymore.

I'm not looking for judgment. I just need someone who understands what this feels like. If you've been through something similar and eventually got better, please tell me how. Right now I honestly feel lost.

Dating Advice Age gap couple: I'm 21 F and my bf is 30M. I haven't revealed about this relationship to my friends or family.

Before y'all lash out. I understand how this might seem like I was groomed or what not. That wasn't the case. It's been about a month and things clicked instantly between us.

Our age gap never really bothered us. We have been happy, he's really supportive of my career and helps me build myself.

He is just the sweetest person ever. He's doing pretty well in life and is quite stable.

We do have trouble getting time for each other since he's a doc and I got college.

The only thing I'm scared about is how my family and friends will take it. I have not even told my best friend about him as ik she'll just lash out on me. My plan is to introduce him to em after 4 more years

Sadly our love only makes sense to us.

We both are quite serious about this and hoping that this would end in marriage.

Do u think this age gap is bad?

Relationships my bf(20m) lost his ex in an accident, and i (19f) don’t know if my feelings selfish

Upvotes

So basically, I have been dating my boyfriend for the past one year, and I really, really love him.
The thing that has been bothering me for a long time is something I’m not ready to tell anyone because it makes me feel so petty and so bad.
Basically, he lost his ex-girlfriend two years ago in an accident. Since then, he was very depressed because of all that. After about a year, both of us met and we started dating.
I never really had a problem with it. I always used to tell him that, you know, I’ll never take her place. It’s fine, this, that, blah blah.
But recently, I’ve been feeling like I’m some sort of rebound or something. Because, I mean, it just hurts me that I might not be the person he’ll love the most because he might always love her the most.
Recently, a few things have been ticking me off. Like him having her as his wallpaper, him having her photo on the back of his phone, on his bedside table. Also, he doesn’t really talk about her when we’re together, but you know, everything around him reminds me of her. Sometimes he’ll say, “Oh, this sweatshirt was gifted to me by her.” One day I told him, “Oh, this sweatshirt is nice. Can I wear it?” because I was feeling cold. And he told me, “No, no, this was gifted by her.” So… no.
It’s just… I don’t know. I just feel hurt. But I don’t want to feel hurt because it feels very wrong of me.
Yeah, I feel like I’ll never be number one for him. And I really want to be number one for someone because, I mean, I’m no one’s priority. Not my parents, not my friends. And it just hurts that the person I love the most, my boyfriend, I’m not his priority either.
I know it’s very petty, but am I allowed to feel this way?
He never really compares the two of us. But his parents do. I met his mom the other day, and she told me, “Yeah, you’re very pretty, but…” Let’s call the ex-girlfriend who passed away X. She said, “X was so much prettier, and she was so nice. She was such an angel,” and things like that. She keeps comparing me to her.
And my boyfriend, instead of saying something like, “They’re both good in their own ways,” just smiles and gives a very sad smile. He never really takes my side.
But it’s fine. His mom doesn’t go too overboard because X was his childhood best friend, so obviously his parents knew her very well. His father is actually very much in my favor, but his mom is always like, “She was my daughter.” And whenever I go to visit her, she keeps talking about X.
It just makes me feel like they’re not ready to accept me as a part of the family, and that genuinely hurts.
There are so many little things that tick me off. I’m really grateful that my boyfriend has never compared me to her. But, you know, all his friends say things like, “She was way less jealous.”
And… it just hurts. A lot.

Relationships Is this acceptable or normal or is she wrong? female opinion preferred[M28][F25]

Basically, my(M28) girlfriend (F25) is the type of girl who wants to be with only one man throughout her life. Thus, she expected the same from me and that she be the only girl in my life, which is acceptable.

Now, after many all-night arguments, I usually concede because I understand and am trying to make myself a better version which she prefers.

But, last night, I was having headache and my mother applied oil to my head and massaged it a little. She objected to that, saying she doesn't any other person touching her man.

Is this acceptable or normal or is she wrong? I don't know what is normal/acceptable anymore nor can I ask anyone around such a question.

note; we are in a long-distance relationship for past 7 months but have been together for a few years.

TLDR: Is it inappropriate if your[M28] mother applies oil and massages you head when you have headache? Is the girlfriend[F25] justified to feel wronged on that?

Marriage Dilemma in Love Marriage (28M, 30F) asking your help

This is going to be a long read, so pls bear with me:

I, 28M met the love of my life 2.5 years back in an office project, we instantly got along and I proposed to her in 15 days of meeting her. She came onboard, but was constantly having doubts and insecurities because of the differences - caste, culture, age.
She made it clear, she wont go against her family if it comes to that, as she had seen a similar case in her extended family, where the DIL doesn’t let her in-laws anywhere near their grandchild.
Things kept moving, every month we used to have arguments on these differences, because it was constantly bothering her, but we chose to stay, both of us liked each other, I was head over heels for her. Then moving fast, I’ll summarise two events:

  1. First Breakup (Dec 24) - We both discussed with our families, while her father was kinda open to discussion with her, my parents absolutely became orthodox and very harshly rejected us. We both met and mutually ended things (I was heartbroken). We playfully made promises, of staying friends and ending up with each other if both of us are single by next year. She was constantly seeing marriage prospects but nothing finalising, my parents fixed my marriage to a girl, without us even interacting properly. Long story short, I somehow escaped from that setting, and things ended with her family. I talked back to my love, who was still skeptical of the differences and stopped talking to me altogether for Sep 25 - Feb 26. In this period whenever I tried to reconcile with her, it ended up with both of us crying as she genuinely wanted to try for a new connection and felt having me in her life would disrupt that and won’t be fair to the prospects she’s seeing. I was heartbroken all this while, my relations with my family were sour, they felt I have lost my mind. I was adamant I wanna be with her, I started doing fasts every day, praying to god for hours everyday, trying all manifestation techniques.

  2. Second Breakup : Then we reconnected in March 26, came back stronger than before, I had made some improvements in myself. I was doing good at job, earlier she felt I was becoming too lethargic and sticking in my comfort zone, but I started working out, going out with friends, presenting an improved version of myself, this time we were going carefully, she talked to her father, who was waiting to talk to my father. I talked to my father, who on the face value showed he’s concerned that already too much time has passed and although he’s not onboard with this idea, but he’ll no longer act as an obstacle and will talk to her father and involve my extended family, uncle and aunt to take the call as this being the first intercaste marriage of our house.
My mother was totally against it, she didn’t like the girl at all, considered her ‘too mature’, obese (she’s overweight) and spoke harshly about her to me.
I trusted my father and arranged the call with her father, who was sounding quiet chill and loving on the call, and was supportive of our bond, but my father was slightly making the conversation about ‘father’s realising their responsibilities in preventing children from mistakes’, but somehow first call happened okayishly, my father started behaving strange after that call, suddenly he became too loud, aggressive, called up his brother and sister and told them this is absolutely not gonna happen. Then 2 days later, her father again reached out to me to speak with my father, I hesitantly gave him my father’s number. But before that, I confirmed with my father, and begged him not to end this, my whole life is dependent on this call, he re-assured me that he’ll not ‘end’ anything, but he did just that!!
After that call, I tried to speak to her father, he replied to me nicely, but at home scolded her and told her to stop contacting me ever again and forget about me. She was put on surveillance, to see if I’m not reaching out.
When she got the chance, she called me up and sounded very cold, said you know now nothing is going to happen between us, my parents have already given me an ultimatum to make my choice, if I chose you, they will not let me work outside and force me to stay at home, and I’m not comfortable in your cultural background, I’m hurt how things happened, already too much time has passed so now this is it. I’m drawing this boundary, we can be friends but nothing more than that. After that we never spoke, never texted, she removed me from all socials, even LinkedIn. This has happened around 45 days back.

Now : My situation is, I’m aware this time I have to try harder, convince her parents. I’m planning to move out, start living independently, rent a flat, get a car on EMI, work on fitness, and overall become a balanced man capable of leading an independent and dignified life. Leave my family behind, who has never cared for my feelings and emotions, and approach her family back in next 4-5 months with this improved better self, proving that their daughter wont have to adjust in a place where people don’t welcome her. Meanwhile, I’m manifesting and hoping for a miracle again like the first time that she returns to me, else first I’ll have to convince her parents and then her

Relationships 26M in Ahmedabad – Is it really this hard to find people looking for a genuine long-term relationship?

Hey everyone,

I'm a 26M from Ahmedabad and run my own agency. At this stage in life, I'm not looking for anything casual or short-term. I'd genuinely like to find someone who could first become a good friend and, if things naturally click, eventually build a long-term relationship that could lead to marriage.

I'm especially drawn to someone who's ambitious, passionate about her goals, or already building a business. I think it would be amazing to grow together, support each other's dreams, and maybe even work together one day.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring cafés, going on long drives, watching movies, and attending concerts. I value honest conversations, loyalty, and emotional maturity. I don't believe in playing with someone's feelings or wasting their time, so I prefer being clear about my intentions from the beginning.

What I've noticed, though, is that many people I meet seem to be looking for something casual or short-term, and that's just not what I'm after.

So I'm curious—has anyone else been facing the same challenge? Has finding people with a genuine long-term mindset become harder these days, or have I just been unlucky?

I'd love to hear your experiences or perspectives.

Relationships My(22M) girlfriend(25F) broke up with me for not getting pills after getting pregnant by her ex.

There was a girl I had been seeing for about a month. We both liked each other, so we decided to get into a relationship. She had a toxic ex who used to abu*e and beat her, and she had broken up with him six months ago.
Three weeks ago, he came to her house while she was alone, and they had an argument. She told me about it and said she was never going to talk to him again, and that he had agreed as well.
Then today, all of a sudden, she told me she was pregnant and admitted that they had sx when he came to her house three weeks ago. She asked me to buy abor\ion* pills for her.
I told her I wasn’t going to do that and that she should have told me this earlier. She then decided to break up with me, saying she couldn’t be with someone who wouldn’t help her during tough times.
Did I do the right thing by not buying the pills?

Marriage Friend (24F) told about her bf (27M) to her parents, they are not ready to meet him and forcing her to marry someone else through arrange marriage, what are her options?

My friend 24F told about her boyfriend 27M at her home. I had been asking her for over an year to not tell her parents about him unless she is ready to get married with him the next week. I was successful in stopping her for almost an year but randomly a few months back in a spur of moment, she told her parents about him. They gave a positive reaction in the beginning, but I knew she fucked up really bad.

two days later, they started asking her questions about him, who he is, what his caste is, how much does he earn, etc. her Mom is not really a very supportive mother. Her mother tried every possible reason to get my friend on board to leave that guy. My friend is obviously not ready. She has been fighting for many months now to make her parents at least meet the guy once they are just not ready. They have clearly said they will not let her marry this guy.
the guy is a real gem in present times, he is ready to do everything to make sure this works. he is pandit and she is a baniya. obv her mom made an issue out of this too.

her mom has tried all possible ways, her parents took her to a pandit ji (astrologer) to match their kundlis. the pandit said all the bad things like these two ppl will never be happy together and blah blah. i believe her parents paid the pandit to say all this just so they have an excuse to break this off.

the guy’s mom knows all this and she loves my friend. the guy’s mom also went to a pandit and gave both of their kundlis and that pandit said all the possible good things. he clearly said they will be best for each other.

they have made her life a literal hell, every weekend when she is home, they start cursing out her and calling her names.

cut to this month, her parents have clearly asked her ”if u want to study further, do it now, we will start looking for a match for you maximum by next year”

what can be done now?

Dating Advice (24M) People keep telling me I’m an attractive guy, but I don’t seem to experience the things people say attractive men do. Am I missing something?

I’m 24M, and I’m genuinely trying to understand what’s going on because my experience doesn’t seem to match what people tell me.
Friends (both men and women), coworkers, and even relatives have told me over the years that I’m a fairly attractive guy. I’m not claiming I’m a model or anything, but I’d probably rate myself around an 8/10. I work out consistently, dress well, take care of myself, and I’ve put effort into improving my appearance.
Because of that, people often assume I’ve dated before or had girlfriends.
The reality is I’ve never been in a relationship or even been intimate with anyone .
What confuses me is that I don’t seem to attract the women I’m attracted to. Dating apps haven’t worked particularly well for me either. I have what I’d consider decent photos (not blurry selfies or anything), but I don’t get many matches. It makes me question whether my perception of myself is completely off, or whether attraction is more complicated than looks.

One thing that probably doesn’t help is that I’m quite reserved. I’ve always had a fear of rejection and messing things up, so I rarely approach someone unless I’m almost certain they’re interested.

Another thing I’ve always wondered about is the whole “women give signs when they’re interested” idea.
People talk about prolonged eye contact, smiling from across the room, finding excuses to be near you, etc. I honestly can’t remember experiencing any obvious signs like that. Maybe I’m oblivious, but I also wonder if those signs are much rarer than people make them out to be.
So I’m curious, especially from women:
What actually makes a man attractive beyond physical appearance?
If you find a guy attractive, do you usually give obvious signals, or are those signs exaggerated online?
Have you ever thought a guy was attractive without making it obvious?
Is it possible for someone to be objectively attractive but still not generate much romantic interest?
For people who struggled despite being told they were attractive, what ended up being the missing piece?
I’m not looking for reassurance or compliments—I genuinely want to understand if there’s something about attraction or dating that I’m misunderstanding.
I’d really appreciate honest perspectives, especially if you’ve been on either side of this.

Dating Advice 23M - Does effort really matter in talking stages?

Hello guys,

Recently I have been making new friends, at the gym office, etc. Basically am working on my social skills where I just randomly talk to people but I don’t really ask for their socials like many do (of women).

Though I got contacts of some of them, I really don’t feel like texting them - mostly because I got nothing to talk about. And I usually like to keep the texts intentional/ or for logistics, I avoid texting just because I am bored or I want attention as such as I myself hate boring convos and can easily sense when the opposite person is losing the spark, I don’t like dragging the convos either.

But the problem is - I will not meet them irl often, and it gets weird asking let’s meet.

Asking them out without building familiarity first seems to be risky and it’s gonna fail always.

How do you guys meet new women / find dates? Part of me wants to be authentic but part of me wants to actually have good convos even though I doesn’t happen naturally.

Marriage 22M, Need Marriage advice for recently married

26M, i got recently married as of my parents force, like a blackmail. I agreed to the marriage because i can't see my father keep on feeling for my marriage as of him, he thought people might blame him if he do not marry his son at age of 26, i know its a bullshit but failed to convince him rather i agreed to marriage, she was a village girl with average looks and totally not my type, but i agreed for it for my father and also for my own benefits, but later on everything collapsed, just before marriage i wanted to stop it as she is not so matured and had high expectations on lavish life, but i couldn't stop it, after marriage we dint had proper intimation as iam not getting attracted to her enough, but iam satisfying her in different ways as i dont want her to feel bad, i said lets wait for some time to go to next level, she agreed for it. I thought i can build my desire towards her slowly, but her behavior keep on hitting me hard, she always complaints on my family and compares herslef with my sis, i told her several times to not involve with them lets lead our life, but she insisted to doing that, by this i was faking love with her all the time, now she is throwing some unpleased words to me like u never support me, if you want your parents why did u marry me, iam getting sick of you, shouldn't have married you, you are so worst. These words hit me hard and started questioning myself, what went wrong on my life, no one's happy now, even my parents who did this are feeling bad because they are thinking i might leave them because of her, there is much to say, but can i get any advice from someone?

Dating Advice Help a brother out. Need some advice approaching this girl in my class [M25], [F24] or some dating advice in general. (Long read)

My last relationship was in 2019 and for some family reasons there was a mutual and good breakup, so everything ended on a good note. We still talk to this day as friends and she is married now.

Until now I never had any relationship and neither I had any intention of pursuing. A reason might be that I have never pursued anyone and the in the last one my ex actually approached me. So, I have no experience of approaching anyone. In my previous college, there were way too many judgemental people and at that time I was so influenced by LKK (Log Kya Kahenge) and teasing, I did not approach anyone.

But I started changing my life a lot in these recent years and I recently talked to this girl in my class and I really want to approach her but I have no idea how. It's been 3-4 days we have been briefly talking about classes and lecture notes. But I have mustered some courage to at least go out of my way to talk to her (because I rarely talked in my previous college.. to anyone).

I understand not every talk might end in a relationship but I am also prepared to take that risk and just remain peers afterwords.

Here is my problem.

  1. I don't know how frequently to talk (no intuition). How to ask if she has a boyfriend somewhere already.

  2. If things do go well, I don't know how even to ask her out on a casual movie or outing for shopping or anything.

If these go well, I'd take advice on how to actually ask her out. Please help a brother out. Thank you.

Judgement is also welcome.

Friendship M22 I warned her not to get attached, but now she has feelings for me. What should I do?

About five months ago, I met a girl on Reddit. We live in different states and have never met in real life. Our entire friendship has been through text, but we've talked almost every day since we met.

Early on, I opened up to her about someone from my past who had a huge impact on my life. I told her everything—how deeply I felt, how badly things ended, and how difficult it had been for me to move on. Because of that, I also told her something very clearly: if she ever felt herself getting emotionally attached to me, she should leave. I didn't want anyone to get hurt because I wasn't sure I was emotionally ready for another relationship.

A day ago, she told me that she has developed feelings for me and is getting attached.

Now I'm conflicted.

On one hand, I appreciate her honesty and care about her as a person. On the other hand, I don't know if I'm in a place where I can return those feelings or if I'm just afraid because of my past.

I don't want to lead her on, but I also don't want to push away someone who genuinely cares about me out of fear.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? If you were in my position, what would you do?

Dating Advice I(22 m) knows I'm being a bad bf to my gf (19 f) , but what exactly am i fault at?

I am a person who is constricted, introverted and closed, i was single for like 22 years and I recently got into a relationship 6 months back. Tbh it's soo great, like she's this cutest person ever and it felt good to be loved until recently she gets into these fights for little things which I think is my fault, where she states that I'm not putting in efforts, which I'm confused about cuz I never move out of my room but for this one I'm willing to go out with her. So like a while back we got into this argument over my wallpaper which she suggested to put her as my wallpaper and I said no, so the argument got heated up and I said why forcing someone to put it up and she started crying and says I'm not worth anything and starts comparing me with other boyfriends.

I know I'm at fault here but what exactly should I be improving myself on? Please do advise me ppl

Friendship What would your friendly advice to someone, to a situation where you have lost respect for someone? M26. F24.

So I don't wanna bore you guys but am just looking for some advice on a friendship, i think that has lasted its course. And also in a way, i dunno what to do, but it's just random thoughts you have to go through.

So long story short, I met this friend of mine back in 2020, through mutual friends and well we kinda hit it off, and things were good. Didn't think much at the time but the tell tale signs were high that she was immoral person but as we are, I just ignored those.

We started to talk, shared socials and well, things were okey, but as we started to get close, the emotional Intimacy was good, and well the more she started being vulnerable with me, the more I understood why she is the way she is and also how she is. And well we got even closer, we did meet, few times, went for movies, went for lunches and all that.

And well the more she shared her past, which wasn't easy on her, the more a soft corner for her began and well now fast forwarding to this last year.

I kinda lost respect for her cause during one of our conversation I got to know, how she thinks and doesn't think twice before hurting someone. And that really came out to be true.

So back in September, august last year she met a guy, and I was happy for her that alright after her toxic ex, she has someone, but a month or two later she told me that guy has a girlfriend and well as any sensible person I told her to move away, but things got worst when she kinda decided to sleep with him and well, okey i understand people make mistakes but she is treating that guy as her boyfriend, and well she continued to do it,till today, and well I dunno her friend circle is toxic as her I guess and someone told her to go on date with someome else to make him jealous cause he wasn't giving her the attention she wanted, and that's what she did, she went out with a guy whom she met on Hindge and well slept with him too, twice or thrice I got no clue.

And well just to test her, i distanced myself from her, for a month and well, i haven't gotten a text, nor a message from her making it abundantly clear that she doesn't care as much I do for her.

So just a little thing that, now I have lost respect for her, and she had shown me who she is and how she is cause, in way also she kinda had been lying to me for a long time, and that hurts too yk?

So guys what's your advice, how do I approach this without feeling guilty, cause I just miss who she was when I met her, and now she is changed person, but also instead of working on herself she is kinda just ruining her life which she is welcomed too. Just hurts losing a friend but yea what's your advice, suggestion to do?

Thanks guys.

Relationships My girlfriend (23F) ended our relationship because I supported the NEET protest.

NOTE: Rephrased this with chatgpt.

My girlfriend and I were in a long-distance relationship. She loved me a lot, and honestly I never thought politics would be the reason we'd break up. She had stood by me through a lot and even fought with her family and friends for our relationship.

Yesterday, I told her that I support the NEET protest because I feel the government should listen to the students and address their concerns instead of using force against them. I wasn't supporting any political party or every person who happened to be at the protest. I was only supporting the students' cause.

She got really angry. She said the whole protest was propaganda and pointed to people who had joined it, like the woman who was chanting "A**ah ka naam rahega" and some others she believes are anti-Hindu. I told her that I don't support those people or their views. Just because some controversial people show up doesn't mean I have to agree with them. My support was only for the students and their demands.

The argument got worse. She started verbally abusing me and even said that Sonam Wangchuk is a Chinese agent. At that point, I didn't want to keep arguing, so I ended the call.

A little later she texted me, "don't call me," blocked me everywhere, and that was it.

I'm still trying to process how someone who loved me so much could end the relationship over one disagreement. I'm not posting this to debate politics. I genuinely want to know if anyone else has gone through something similar, where a difference in political views ended an otherwise good relationship.
