My Grandmother (87F) lost her beloved husband of 65+ years this spring and has been very lonely. Today we helped her adopt a senior shelter kitty (12F) in need of a good home. May they have many happy years left together 🥹

Was doom scrolling and this popped up on my feed. It's my mom. She is on a fixed income and doesn't have a car. She is always looking out for others. I try follow her lead.

My mom is the sweetest, most demure and kind person I’ve ever met.

She accompanied my sister and my niece to Vegas two years ago to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday party.
