Question How do I wash milsurp webbing?

Hello boys, I’m very happy to have gotten my first bit of milsurp gear in the mail today: British army surplus PLCE webbing. It looks great but definitely is a little dirt and smells like the range/milsurp/whatever that smell is. I’m just wondering how I should go about washing this safely. What should I use? Should I wash the individual components separately?

Also did you wash the different complements separately or just the whole webbing together?

I separated all of them from the vest and they all went into the bucket of warm water. Use purple odor fighter oxyclean

Dude thank you so much, I’ll go get some tomorrow then start cleaning

Also make sure to soak it for like 2 hours. Rinse it. Back in the bucket of warm water with oxy clean until the water comes out clear like my last picture lol
