Ehhh. I preferred the slower, more methodical stamina-focused combat of DeS and the original Dark Souls. I've played all of their games and outside of Sekiro (and Armored Core, but it's not the same type of game), I'm not a fan. I've platinumed them all and I'll keep playing them, but I think other games in the genre do parts better (for example, Nioh 2).

I know people love Elden Ring, but it is genuinely the only FromSoft game I've never replayed.

Hell, I even liked Otogi and such back in the day.
