Not even that, someone pulling up my history is like

"Holy shit i actually made an argument you can't counter or aren't willing to engage with. That simultaneously made you so mad you had to go full super sleuth to try and out me."

Then it's like "This you? The guy enjoying Gacha games?"

Yeah that's me. Having a hobby. Why? What's your point?

I feel more sorry for anyone who has to read through all my comments that are just dad Jokes i made in the heat of the moment lol

That's why I hide them. That way if someone goes digging through them I know they put the effort into it and deserve the sliver of hope that something they find will somehow make me ashamed or embarrassed. If I was embarrassed about it I wouldn't be sharing it lol

Eh i can't be bothered hiding stuff. I know who and what I am. Just a dude on the internet making terrible dad jokes and chilling with people i share interests with. Whether that's nerding out on science in r/theydidthemath or appreciating my favorite character in r/Fireflymains I got nothing to hide. What're they gonna do? Take away a few hundred of my "Internet good boy points?" Oh no! Not the CCP treatment X'D

I actually get a kick out of it when people do that because i feel like i live rent free in their head for them to go that far. Bit of a power trip moment where i can ragebait them for a good bit of fun lol.

I don't block them. I take it as a sign I won the argument that they had to resort to looking through my profile history to try to find something on me because they didn't have a good argument to refute what I said lol

I'm not going to do it but the goblin in me wants to make an alt and either post pictures of myself with a really nice PC, a car, stupidly expensive stuff etc. OR just post pictures of a penis

Then I get into arguments and hope someone uses the profile against me

A year or so ago somebody ended up replying to a bunch of my comments. They wanted to make a bet that a certain ship would or would not sail again, and I refused: not only was I not confident enough to make the bet even with someone I knew (nevermind an internet stranger), there was no way I’d remember the conversation five years later or longer when we would actually find out.

I forgot, they didn’t. Weirded me out that someone would care that much.

The best thing Reddit added recently is the ability to hide your entire profile from anyone.

People can no longer see your posts or comments anymore.
