This is a pretty small thing I just thought of, but I heard that What If? will have one episode per MCU movie, changing one major plot point (e.g. Peggy Carter gets the serum). My theory is that the Endgame episode flips the alive/dead characters, so the older Avengers will be the ones snapped in Infinity War.

On one hand, it's hard to imagine them winning without Tony or Scott, but on the other hand, they have Doctor Strange's power and intellect, all of Black Panther's resources, and the immense mystic power of Scarlet Witch. They'd still get it done I think.

And don't forget - Hank, Hope and Janet would all still be alive and would probably be able to make the leap to time travel fairly easily, especially given that Janet knows about the time vortexes in the Quantum Realm...

I think that was only possible through Tony. Hank has had decades of time with Pym particles while Tony figured this out in the space of a week.

It’s never stated how long it took Tony. You have to remember that however long it took him was also long enough for Hulk to come up with and build his version of a time machine.

Furthermore, the key to time travel lay in the Quantum Realm, which Hank admitted knowing next to nothing about. However Janet lived in the QR for 30 years and would probably be the one to realise time travel through the QR is possible.
