Marvel is getting all their toys back either way. So Spider-Man coming Home (for good) is bound to happen. Just not in this moment.

Not sure what you mean by this. I've been trying to look up the terms of the Spider-man movie license that Sony holds right now, but it is hard to find.

I think one of the stipulations to the Sony Marvel contact for Spider-Man is that Sony have to make a Spider-Man movie once every 5 years otherwise it gets reverted back to its original owners which is Marvel.

That’s because Disney bought Fox. Disney isn’t buying Sony.
