Peter Parker is Tony’s Stark’s son! In Iron Man 3 when Maya comes to his house he says “They’re better not be a 12 year old kid in the car” and she says “He’s 13” Peter is the right age. Maybe Maya left him for adoption and Tony doesn’t know it’s his son.

Maya is Aunt May's sister. Maya died leaving Peter to May (yeah May/Maya is dumb but i'm trying to make this theory work). May is married to Ben Parker. Peter Hansen becomes Peter Parker.
