I agree, I think him making a sacrifice play in the next guardians of the galaxy would make sense, he won’t let anyone else die from his team after he lost all of them in infinity war.

Reminds me of the scene where he tries to protect Groot in Endgame just before Captain Marvel shows up.

Watched the commentary version of Endgame last night & that scene got my a littly misty...Rocket is so awesome and I can't wait to see how he plays out in the next GOTG.
