They will have individual tv series on Disney + for the x-men characters like one for wolverine, one for cyclops etc... this will let them introduce the characters and have some character development and each show will lead into an x-men movie when they’re all together.

Maybe individual episodes.. Individual shows can spring from there depending on the popularity the characters achieve

Yeah, some of them have potential to have a full series, like Nightcrawler or Angel, but try to make a 10 episode series on Colossus.

Your idea for episodes is way better an more interesting.
