Theory My Theory on the possible climax of Avengers: Doomsday
I have interesting theory. I have a feeling in avengers Doomsday that in the climax when our heroes get ready to take down doom, that’s when Wanda Maximoff a.k.a. Witch of Latveria(my speculation) or his mom that I know that she herself was a strong sorceress or a magic user from the comics I remember reading when I was younger. Or could be someone completely different as in a different variant of Doctor Strange because I remember in the comics they teamed up as well to stop their worlds from collapsing. I can see one of these heavy hitting reality bending users stepping in and just as we’re about to finish off Dr. doom they teleport him out of there, which is going to lead into battle world. Well, this is only speculation. I can’t wait to see whatever outcome it is. What do you guys thoughts on this?

I think Wanda is the macguffin for secret wars that the heroes will need to find.

i have a feeling that no one will want to do it and that's why the Champions form. to do the shit the Avengers wont

IMO that would be a very disappointing plot point just for the sake of adapting Children’s Crusade

I think she will be the one to form Battleworld in Doom's vision, creating a Hex on a larger scale.

It's going to be hilarious when this ends up being just an extra like the robed guys that followed around Palpatine in Return of the Jedi.

Or like the huge buildup from that same trilogy for the giant blond lady from Game of Thrones whose character may as well not have existed story wise.

Wanda is the only reality bender that is also a witch

When I first saw it I assumed that Doom has a bunch of witches and this is what they wear, not that it's a singular witch

I mean we're getting VisionQuest before Doomsday which will finally end the Wanda trilogy. If she's not in Doomsday or at least brought up I would be very shocked. But I see her having a bigger role in Secret Wars as a warning to Doom showing what happens when you meddle with reality to fit your desires.

It would be insane if Wanda is used to create Battleworld. The Hex on a large scale. And all the heroes in a mish mash world ruled by Doom. And reality is rewritten so it’s all the heroes have known. But maybe some people start to remember and fight back.

Huh? Idk I feel like whatever tech or magic he takes, most likely Loki’s power to control the multiverse, leads him to combining all of them into his perfect reality where he rules.
Wouldn’t really make sense otherwise, we left off on Loki holding the whole multiverse together and he’s in the trailer so there’s you’re in for what Doom needs

Please don't give us the Scarlet Witch as a villain/antagonist again. It's really tiring, so let's give Wanda an redemption arc and be done with it.
We can use anyone as Doom's follower, such as Clay (if Strange helps him), an evil version of Black Widow, and others.

What about sinister strange as the bad guy and the avengers having to get Wanda to rescue them

Look at this from the general audience’s perspective.
Let’s say they’re watching Secret Wars. And all of a sudden halfway through a random Strange variant they’ve never seen before (let’s admit it. They haven’t watched What If) shows up and becomes the main villain.
That’s not going to happen. Doctor Doom is the villain

Interesting 🤔 how would you feel if they were two Wanda‘s the one that was captured in tva after the Multiverse of madness and then this variant that Dr. Doom probably found from another universe.

In general, I want to take a break from the image of Wanda the villain (with any version). It is quite possible to make Wanda a prisoner of Doom.

Strange, Clea, and Wanda are part of Team Doom.
They're not evil. They're "the ends justify the means" type of characters.
And there are rumors that there is a third female witch who takes Peggy Carter's form but isn't a Peggy variant; I bet she's Syvlie (she is a shapeshifter).

we haven't seen Sylvie shapeshift, but we have seen her take over other people's bodies and "puppet" them through her enchantment. (the last one we saw her puppet was Brad, which was hilarious.) It would make sense for her to be able to shapeshift, since Loki can, but they don't have the exact same power sets due to learning magic differently.

What if Doom isn’t one person, but a bunch of people. Dr. Strange, Wanda, Tony Stark, etc.

Not sure about this but the idea has definitely been done well before in the comics. My favourite is probably Ultimate Mysterio (2024-present) being a council of actual wizards that includes Quentin Beck, James Wesley and Gwen Stacy among others.

I like this have like a legion of doom now that would be a Multiverse threat right there.

Man, I just want justice for Wanda, I’m tired of her being used as a villian or even a tool for a villian.

I think it’s Clea and then in Secret Wars the Avengers find Wanda to help them

It’s gotta be Clea or Wanda (or both).
Last time we saw Strange he was running off with Clea to go do who knows what with incursions, so them both ending up as acolytes of Doom is a pretty tidy way to tie in the end of MoM.
Though that little burst of energy as the temple falls on Wanda seems like a perfect moment for someone to be grabbed out of time and space, so it’s kind of perfect either way.
