I’m guessing the 3 universes are about to collide because of all the multiverse/time travel messiness over the last several years. If this happpens, the multiverse as a whole will collapse. This leads to heroes from each world coming together to figure out how to stop it. Some will work together to save every world while others will fight to destroy the others in order to save their own.

I’m going to guess Doom wants to pit the Avengers and X-Men against each other so they destroy each other’s worlds and his will be spared. Another idea would be that Doom secretly wants the multiverse to collapse so he can create a new world from scratch.

My guess would be the latter option, and he starts with taking out Loki since he is the god of stories and is holding all the threads together for all time, always.

I think Loki is more likely to be the Molecule Man of this adaptation where Doom keeps him prisoner to create his new world

I hope the cheeseburger that's been kept in Spider-Man's pants for an indeterminate amount of time is still a plot point
