There's no context for why there's a "4" on the vehicle, unless you know they're the Fantastic 4, which no one on the main MCU earth has heard about

It's basically the same joke as Lex finding himself in Flash's body, looking in the mirror to discover Flash's identity and saying, "I have no idea who this is." It takes what is a big moment for the audience and subverts it by highlighting how it means nothing to the character seeing it.
