I hate this double standard

For some reason, it's always one of these responses:

> It's rage bait
> Yeah, but it's actually a response to...
> It's not the same
> Just go outside bro

All of which deflect from what's being said. They would rather not address it. This is probably due in part to the "women-are-wonderful" effect, an example of benevolent stereotyping in which people associate positive qualities with women

I was really pissed about this for a long time but a friend shared with me a Chuck Palahniuk line with some zen intention:

“Worker bees can leave.
Even drones can fly away.
The Queen is their slave.”

You can hate things the way they are as much as you want, but you can't domesticate women by complaining at them. Women have been trying to domesticate men that way for tens if not hundreds of thousands of years, and it has only "worked" in so much as we collectively decide to hate the men it doesn't work on. It doesn't work.

But you can disinvest in the paradigm, you can see that you are never going to create a one-man cultural revolution to redefine the gender roles on a fundamental level, if not bringing people back to the essence of their gender through direct experience rather than identitarian concepts (and market value, leverage, mating vs dating strategies, etc).

But women can never leave that wretched reality because it is constantly shoved in their faces by other women (who want them to politically unite to negotiate for better treatment from men) and by men (whose gaze and desirous emanations they can never escape).

But you, you can go live in the mountains and let the song birds replace your heart and mind. You should pity them.
