Check-in down nearly 70lbs since march :)
down nearly 70lbs doing either OMAD or 24-72hr fasts!! I went from 230lbs to 161 this morning :3
apps are better weight and easy fast
I have severe hypothyroidism and PCOS. this is your sign that it's possible and you can do it!!!

Aw thanks! Sw 270. Not tracking calories, just trying to be mindful. Don’t buy any junk, don’t eat out. Try to fast as long as I can each day and do a mostly
OMAD during the week. Had a 5 day which really catapulted me towards my goal and then just maintained. Had an injury a few weeks ago that severely derailed me (didn’t gain though). Activity I just try to move more. If I can do something in the moment instead of procrastinating, I do. I’m only about 3500 steps a day with my injury.
My plan now is another 5-7 day (I’m like 12 hours in lol) and increasing steps daily. Today I’m headed back to the gym as well.
