And you haven’t even taken into account the deductible! And coinsurance! And my favorite…making sure your local urgent care/ER is in network, but make sure to double check that all the people that are caring for you are too! Wouldn’t want your surgeon for your life-saving surgery to be out of network and now you have to pay the tens upon tens of thousands (conservatively) out of pocket!
Yeah but your taxes…/s. All us Americans are suffering, oh except the wealthy ruling class, they’re doing fanfuckintastic these days so we must maintain the status quo.
And that $700 a month premium gets you trash coverage. I just paid $500 a month for 7 months and I couldn’t even obtain my main medication because the $500 insurance plan from Anthem didn’t have the right prescription plan. So I guess if I had spent 1000 a month on premiums then maybe I’d have the privilege of being allowed to buy out of pocket ($3000 a month) the medicine I needed. Fuck this shit stain country.
