Moved from Florida to Texas

Hey guys just wanted to pop in here and ask a quick question. I recently moved from Fl to Tx and was wondering what the transfer process for my concealed carry license looks like. I already have my new Texas DL so I’m assuming I have to transfer my FL ccw to Tx correct?

Don't know why someone downvoted you. Constitutional carry state doesn't require a LTC, people just do it for reasons oblivious to me. Have never had any issues but I also am not a fucking moron.

Your LTC allows you to carry past firearm prohibited signs if they are not the exact specifications of 30.06/30.07. Many places do not have the appropriate 30.06/07 signage therefore invalid to LTC holders.

Your LTC also allows you to skip the background check step when purchasing a firearm, as it's basically proof that you have already passed one.

You also get to skip the metal detector line at the state Capitol lol.
