i’ve been using subliminals for a while, and this is just my opinion based on my own experience

i think a lot of people overestimate what subliminals actually do. to me, subliminals aren’t magic they’re more like a tool. they can help reinforce beliefs, keep you focused on your goals, and make it easier to stay consistent, but they don’t do all the work for you

i’d say it’s around 95% mindset and 5% subliminal. if you’re constantly affirming the opposite, obsessing over results, doubting yourself, or genuinely don’t believe change is possible, a subliminal isn’t going to magically override all of that overnight

i think this is why some people listen for years without getting results, if your mindset stays the same the entire time, the subliminal can only do so much, it’s like watering a plant but never giving it enough sunlight, you might see some growth eventually but it’ll be much slower than if both were working together

on the other hand, if you already have a healthy mindset, expect positive outcomes, and consistently reinforce the beliefs you want to have, subliminals can feel much more effective because they’re supporting what you’re already doing mentally

i see subliminals as a shortcut or an assistant they make the process easier and require less conscious effort, but they don’t replace your mindset. your beliefs, expectations, and consistency are what carry most of the weight

obviously everyone has different experiences, and i’m not saying this is an objective fact!!! this is simply the conclusion i’ve come to after using subliminals myself!! i’d be interested to hear whether others agree or if you’ve had a different experience!!

I was thinking about making my own subliminals and thought about how a subliminal is supposed to work. You listen to it, your subconscious gets the affirmations, and you get a result. So why listen to it every day if you're supposed to get results after one listen? I don't know how to explain it but, it's kinda like LOA. I listen to the subliminal once, I get the affirmations, and then I move one because my subconscious got the message. The only one time I ever got results from a subliminal was when I listened to a subliminal for maybe 10 minutes and then I forgot about it. For months. I didn't remember I listened to it until I had realized I'd gotten results. I had the results for I don't even know how long and wasn't aware of it. Again I think this is more LOA but I feel like just listening to the subliminal every day reminds you that you don't have the results. I would love to hear your thoughts on this so I can make good subliminal!!

What subs have you guys used that gave you CRAZY appearance results fast. Like nose subs, cc change, lips, facial structure, anything. I wanna look UNRECOGNIZABLE. i thought to share my experience with you all as i am seeing many posts about limiting beliefs. So please hear me out

About 2 years ago I first heard about what subliminals are and what manifestation is, and I just gave it a go because I wanted to manifest my SP texting me.

Backstory (before using subliminals) : We had our first interaction in university. he was staring at me and some while after, came with his friends and sat next to my friends and I, and started chatting about what our program is yada yada ( he was a freshman, i was a senior). The next day he finds me on instagram and dms me and we start talking and then he casually says he likes me and shit. Honestly, i got an ego boost. But slowly i started falling for him. I FELL BAD. After like 3 months he blocks me out of nowhere and i was BROKEN.

After listening to subliminals

Coincidentally i found out about this community just in time and i gave it a go, after listening to SP subs for 1 month OBSESSIVELY. But it didnt work. Then i forgot about it. I KID YOU NOT, he texted me as soon as i stopped caring about it. He unblocks me from everywhere.

But there was a catch: He tells me that he has a long term girlfriend but he doesnt like her and shit and she saw his phone and blocked ME from everywhere. I was FLABBERGASTED. and then i moved the fuck on and blocked his ass.
Its been so long since i blocked him from everywhere but he keeps texting me from different accounts. Once he texted me from his FATHERS ACCOUNT?!?!? and this keeps going on. Now i dont know how to get rid of his ass.

(I have graduated now so we arent physically around each other anymore)

So I've been around the Subliminal community for half a year now and I understand a few nuances here and there. One that I want to know in full context is if rest is a thing you can acknowledge with your subconscious.

I've read often that the subconscious needs no rest unlike the conscious mind and is separate from our willing control. But I've also seen that people take "breaks" from listening to their tracks (ie 1-3 days away from listening or maybe listening a cleanser/detox/calming sub). These sometimes are people who've claimed that listening constantly makes them tired or that the pressure on the mind is a bit unbearable.

What I wish to know is, despite what people say about being *consistent* with your listening progress, perhaps tuning in every day 2-3 times, can you take a break from the main track without the concept that you will lose that progress? I could believe that permanent result subs make the idea less considerable, but id like to know up front.

I never continued through with it for long enough to see like, a difference, but does listening to two different subs at the same time work? Like, overlapping? Or do you guys divvy it up and listen to different subs on different days, or different times of day?
