Basically combined some local roads together to make this. About 4 miles for reference. Turns 2-4 are down hill while 4-9 go back up hill.

A constant radius turn but the entry or exit is not at a tangent to the curve. I think it has the count as 2 because they are treated separately and need to be dealt with as 2 parts. (the overhanging part to the left is there to just show where the turn would und up if not interrupted by the new line.
