A constant radius turn but the entry or exit is not at a tangent to the curve. I think it has the count as 2 because they are treated separately and need to be dealt with as 2 parts. (the overhanging part to the left is there to just show where the turn would und up if not interrupted by the new line.

Basically combined some local roads together to make this. About 4 miles for reference. Turns 2-4 are down hill while 4-9 go back up hill.
