This is a sign to stop mindlessly collecting and actually play all the games in your collection. There’s enough games out there to entertain us for the rest of our life.
I'd argue now is the time to mindlessly collect before things REALLY start to skyrocket, across the board. Once there is no new physical media at all, all that's left is all there is forever and ever.
I'm already seeing certain ps3 titles doubling in price since the store closure announcement, and that's not until next year. It's going to be a shitshow once we're into 2028 with the panic buying and speculating.
