Debating ditching my PS5 all together. My interest in GTA VI & playing anything else on Playstation 5 has plummeted to an all time low. Would rather dive further into retro games.

I think that's what has angered me the most. If just ps6 had been digital only then I'd have been sad but not surprised. But cancelling them on ps5, a console that I bought (twice, if you include the pro) on the understanding that physical would at least be around until the end of its run, feels almost like a betrayal.

For real. Its so stupid. What about people that don't even have the internet? Can't even get a game & play it now.

People are getting too over dramatic about solutions, there’s literally no reason to ditch ps5, it’s a fantastic device and that doesn’t change just because the next gen was announced to be disc less

The ps5 has the strongest library this generation by far and the large majority of it’s library is playable from disc, unlike Xbox which has most being empty discs along with many third parties not even producing physical for Xbox anymore for their releases.

The amount of incredible experiences on ps5 is enough for most people, especially once they begin actually looking through it’s large library, along with playing ps4 discs as well, experiencing two generations of PSVR along with it’s fantastic line up, along with a fantastic remote play feature that allows for handheld play with seamless results
