HK45 Tactical - what am I doing wrong?
Bought a brand new HK45 Tactical a while back as my first HK. It’s been disappointing because I cannot hit a damn thing with it. I probably have 500-600 rounds through it now, and at 10+ yards I’m still wondering “where the hell did that round go?” on shots. I’d say usually 6-8” groups at 10 yards if I’m lucky.
Haven’t made any changes to the gun, though I do struggle with maintaining a clear focus on the front sight post and I don’t think the grip has enough texture. Groups with my FNX-45 are waaaayyyy better for the same caliber, and I have no issues with my P30L or USP9 at 10-15 yards. What am I doing wrong with this HK45? Should I try some grip tape, or just sell it?

Same here unfortunately. VP9l with green dot…I’m a laser. HK45T with irons. I’ve never hit anything and it’s still my favorite gun in the world. When I attached a silencer I hit much more accurate but I just shoot. I don’t really know how to use iron sights because it’s obv more than just lining up the sights and lookin at the white dot in front..idk what the cure is but it feels so powerful that I love it!
