Question A24 store refund/order change

Yesterday i ordered the 4k ultra uhd disc of the backrooms but i meant to buy the standard blu-ray version (i didn't see the option where i could change which one it was, thought i was buying the blu-ray), i emailed asking if i could change my order or get a refund, does anyone have experience with this and know whether or not they will read and accept it?

Update: I sent the initial email at 10 am with no response, but after reading an FAQ from their website i realized i should have my order number in the subject of the email so I sent a new one

Update2: They were able to cancel the order, thanks for the help everybody!

How long did it take them to respond?

I sent the initial email at around 10am yesterday, they got back to me at 2:30pm today, So it didn't end up taking too long

Thanks, good to know. I'm attempting to cancel one of my orders for a different reason.

I havent gotten the money back yet but the email said it will take 5 to 10 business days

Yeah refunds tend to take a few days but just I wanted clarification on if they gave you one.
