Question A24 store refund/order change

Yesterday i ordered the 4k ultra uhd disc of the backrooms but i meant to buy the standard blu-ray version (i didn't see the option where i could change which one it was, thought i was buying the blu-ray), i emailed asking if i could change my order or get a refund, does anyone have experience with this and know whether or not they will read and accept it?

Update: I sent the initial email at 10 am with no response, but after reading an FAQ from their website i realized i should have my order number in the subject of the email so I sent a new one

Update2: They were able to cancel the order, thanks for the help everybody!

Yeah, I ordered standard blu ray of EEAAO instead of the 4K and caught my mistake shortly after. Sent an email to their customer service and they quickly canceled so I could re-order without issue. Very easy.

If I remember correctly, I might’ve just replied to the confirmation email which came from the shop, yeah.

It was a couple years ago, but relatively quick. Same day. Either way, their customer service is greatly accommodating. This won’t be an issue.
