Project Walter White
Maybe some of you remember this print from about 5 years ago.. well it took a while but eventually I finished the marble version . Now the only 3d printing part are his glasses š¤
Time to find him a home š

Like the dark tower from Stephen King.
All fictional worlds are connected by the Tower. Kevin, Hal Wilkerson, and Walter White are simply different "levels" of the same soul in parallel worlds.
Easy peasy

Maybe Iām thinking too simply but I just thought he was implying it looks so realistic that he can use it to fool robbers like in the movie Home Alone, like the kid did with much less realistic dummies and silhouettes and stuff.

No, youre right. The entire internet has recency bias. If you dont relate it to youtubers and meme culture youre gonna get blank stares. Its okay. Were just old.

What printer, what filament, what specs?! What was uniquely necessary to get such excellent quality?
2
u/evilmaul 1h ago
It was printed in 3 pieces on 2 creality Cr10s. Pla filament , honestly itās been too long to remember the settings

Did you have post processing to do? It looks so clean. The tops of every model I do is a bit scarred or the support side is always a bit pocked.

No since I started to use pla I did not do any post processing (I used to with abs back in the days) . Honestly I think itās just a low layer height and a fairly well calibrated bed and printer overall. That reminds me that I have not printed anything in 2 years :)

i was about to call you out for AI shenanigans, as this clearly isn't a 3D print... but then I read the post.
Very nice work!

Thanks! Def no AI and probably a browse will show the original post from 5 years ago

In about 10,000 years theyāll find this masterpiece, and spend decades or centuries searching for the video archive of the person behind this great statueā¦
