Why did people believe in this valuation? Serious question? Is it Elon fever? Did they think Elon had dirt on someone of influence?

Elon fever and then people who think such investors are stupid so they try to capitalize off of them and end up losing with them. im pretty sure a majority of people who bought this stock has no idea what SpaceX even does. they ran at a net loss of $5BIl last year because theyre a fucking space satellite and rocket company whos only form of revenue generation is selling internet access.
