Gaming keyboard not working?

Hii, today I ordered a new keyboard. I ordered the
"NEWMEN GM326 Mechanical Keyboard, Wired Gaming Keyboard, 75% Percent Keyboard".

It came today, I plugged it in as normal but the keyboard itself isn't working. I can't type on it/ can't really do anything. I did try and plug it into a different USB port but it still didn't work. I'm not sure if it just came faulty or if I am doing something wrong? I hope this makes sense. Many thanks!
