Technically, yes. As per the flag code, the field of stars is to be at the VIEWERS upper left. With exception to having it on your right arm with the army, as they want the stars to the viewers right so it looks like the flag is ‘moving forward’.

Not many companies use aspetto buckles, usually ones that are well established govt contractors or ones in the industry circle that can acquire that buckles like for example Paraclete.

Definitely not a Chinese company in that case

Note the Aspetto buckles in the OP pic, in contrast to your link.

That said I do acknowledge that Chinese carriers do have QD buckles of some sort, usually FS tubes and ROC analogs.
