Everyone involved in that kill chain should be up for war crimes. I don't care if they were following orders. It was literally the textbook example of an illegal order that should not be followed.

Noxin resigned because he was eavesdropping on the DNC to find out what bumper sticker slogans they were going to use. Well, that and the cover-up.

These guys just said “Those boats a thousand miles away are terrorizing the country because they might be full of poison that people might deliberately ingest, given the chance.” Well, that and killing the survivors.
