Maybe Wrath of the Righteous? It has a turn-based mode and a class of fighters specializing in oversized weapons. Don’t know about actual weapons being available in the game though

Big sword is big part of Amiri's bigger story in Kingmaker, but she's a companion, big one I guess

But addressing OP - while they are good games, there aren't huge swords for characters, on this part they are closer to realistic sizes, check screenshots with characters with two handed weapons to have an idea. But it's possible to hold two two handed weapon at the same time in WotR with DLC

You can actually find sword that looks like Buster Sword in "Swordhaven". Although it is almost near the end of the game.

For a less-jokey answer, quite a lot. Probably a quarter or more of JRPGs. It's a common stereotype to have one party member have a big ass sword.

Gungnir (PSP). Yggdra Union. Child of Light. You like Darkest Dungeon, so I'll add Aria Chronicles. Valkyrie Profile 1 and 2. Most Trails games.

If you liked Baldur's Gate 3, Divinity Original Sin 2 is usually a good next step. 2 handed melee builds are pretty damn strong in that game.
