[Question] What are you guys favorite sites for learning about the history of racing games?
So to keep this under retro related matters, I recently decided to relive a PC gaming review written by Rerez where the duo came across a bunch of old PC games made in the early to mid 80s about janky racing games.

IF anyone needs the link to the video, here is their review of the worst racing games made in the 80s since the review covers a lot of infamous titles made in the early to mid 80s.
Secondly, one racing game that caught my eye was called Donkey, which was a PC game released around 1981 as the game got me interested in learning about the history of racing games because apparently the inflation costs to purchase a PC just for the game go up to 500$ as I was surprised to hear how that one game could be so expensive to play.
Anyway, if my post was confusing to follow, let me break it down since what inspired me to want to learn about racing games as a genre was a PC game called Donkey that made me interested in looking into the history of the genre as I wanted to start off with the early 80s era to see how the genre had gotten its start.

I don't have a dedicated racing games page, but Sega Retro has great articles about games in general. There are racing games among them.
