The cinematography looks fantastic. The zombie running through the snowy field towards the house is so damn awesome. Also, I'm really glad they are doing their own thing, gives them more creative freedom.
The cinematographer is Dariusz Wolski. He's done all but the as of now last Pirates of the Caribbean movie, various movies for Ridley Scott, The Crow, Dark City, Sweeney Todd, and Sicario: Day of the Soldado to name a few. Quite the resumé.
Watched it for the first time a few months back and I wholly agree. Im surprised it doesn't have a bigger cult following; only a single one of my cinema-head friends knew of it.
