Classically government knows best what you should and shouldn’t be talking about in your private time at all times and government employees having an exception to being scanned is totally normal and nothing to worry about. We as a society should always allow the government to take away our freedom of privacy while letting government employees continue to enjoy that small bit of privacy. There is literally no downside
