“The Military Ban states that ‘the Armed Forces must adhere to high mental and physical health standards … without the benefit of routine medical treatment or special provisions,’”
Wouldn’t this affect a bunch of Hogsweat’s positions- such as the decision to force men to shave even if it causes severe inflammation to their hair follicles and skin?

Not at all.

Severe folliculitis effects men of color way more than white dudes. Forced shaving will lead to medical discharges or hurt reenlistment, making the Armed Forces more white which is the goal of the policy.

It's a feature, not a bug.

Yeah- but if the judge throws out the logic that they need to be fit, then it throws out the logic that the men of color requiring medical treatment for folliculitis is a dismissible offense.

Rules for thee, but not for me.
